the condo unit is impeccable, with all facilities available and a downtown location perfectly accessible to everything. The higher up floor offers breathtaking view of the area. I'd recommend it to anyone travelling to Montreal and wants to explore downtown core.

Great place to stay, we stayed for 2 months and cooked food and had a pet cat with us. We had a great time, Austin was very helpful whenever we asked for any help. Highly recommended.

1 semester in university exchange spent in Fred's apartment and it was perfect. The apartment is good for a single person and the place is very safe. The accommodations in the building are genial and the staff very kind.
