Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown Atlanta

Meek was a great host! Super responsive and very friendly. One of the easiest transactions I’ve had on this app. The Airbnb was the perfect little weekend getaway, very nice and clean. The rooftop views of the city were amazing and we walked to a few places nearby for good food and drinks. Would 100% stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and simple. I especially appreciated the small touches, like extra towels and a well-stocked kitchen. Overall, a great experience, and I would happily stay here again!

I was looking for a place close to my workplace to stay for just under a month. I wasn’t looking for luxury, just a comfortable spot to sleep. And for that, it did the job just fine.

Very private and welcoming space that has basically anything you need and with surprisingly lots of space for a basement. Additionally it was very easy to get in and out of and owners were kind enough to provide some snacks and coffee among other things. Wonderful stay!

Excellent place to stay in downtown Atlanta...Walking distance to most major venues!

OMG! Best stay in midtown right down the street from GA Tech. Pierre was super kind and personable and was just a text away. His place was very clean and spacious with all the amenities. I will definitely be calling him again when I visit my daughter.

Great location. Harry is a responsive, congenial host. Apartment is very convenient to medical facilities in the area, Northside, Eggleston, and Emory St. Joseph's. Good spot for checking out Atlanta attractions. Easy access on and off of major highways. Easy access to Marta (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority). Good shopping areas are convenient and close. Ample parking. Cozy, attractive apartment with good heating system. Bed is comfortable. Great internet and Apple tv. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Apartment is on the 4th floor of the building. Stairs are concrete, and there is no elevator. Host quick to respond to maintenance problems in unit related to smoke detector, ice maker, and linens. Guests will need to bring all toiletries, hair dryer, extra paper products, and coffee supplies/maker.

Stayed at Derek’s place amfor an extended stay and it was great. Had all the amenities we needed for our comfort. Derek was super flexible, responsive and all around pleasure. Will be booking again.

Incredible experience. The Hosts were very responsive and helpful and the home exceeded expectations. It was a great value for the price.

My husband and I were in town for work for a little over a week and stayed there the whole time we didn’t have any problems. It was very clean and had everything that we needed would recommend.

Kevin's place is all we needed. As shown in the pictures and description you'll find everything for a pleasent stay. It's nearby the airport which was important for us and about a 20 min ride to Atl downton. Kevin is friendly and always reachable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great place! We were in town for a conference. It was close to the airport and downtown. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room. Arthur was an excellent host! Definitely recommend!

Gregory's home was perfect for our small women's retreat! The location is beautiful, private, quite, and spaciuos, perfect for what we needed! Gregory was such an amazing host! He was very flexible making it easy for some special accommodations we needed. Excellent, 5 star experience! I will definitely be recommending Gregory's home to others and look forward to staying again in the future when I return to Atlanta!

Hosts were very responsive and helpful! Location made getting downtown easy via the train and super easy to come from the airport. Living area and kitchen are a fantastic space!

Was perfect for my husband and his sister in town for a funeral. Was right down the street from the church. Sarah responded instantly for any questions I had and was very thorough in regards to the property.

Great place to rent. Close enough to down town where even during a college football championship game Ubers were less than $10 bucks. The host would respond within 10 minutes and gave super clear instructions. I would book again.

Ms. Gaynell was a great host, I appreciate that she was quick and responded to all my questions and calls. This location was perfect and was near everything I needed to get to. I felt safe in the area, the place was spotless upon entry & it smelled great as well. It was also very quiet and walking distance to Walmart and others stores & restaurants. I definitely would stay again & recommend it to anyone visiting.

Great location to/from the airport! Adam is a very clear communicator and if anything the space was bigger than I expected it to be which was nice. Would consider staying again if I were to come back to Atlanta

Corey was very responsive and helpful. When we asked a question he responded quickly. The house was great for us to use while working in the area. The location is exactly what we needed (close to the interstate) We stayed around 3 months and had no issues.
