Vacation rentals with a pool in Downtown Atlanta

FABULOUS stay at Lisa Marie's home. We have stayed at multiple AirBnBs and this home is hands-down one of the best. Lisa Marie's home is spacious and elegantly decorated--feeling elevated and luxurious while still comfortable and homey. We enjoyed the tranquil backyard--it feels extremely private and is truly an oasis with all of the separate outdoor spaces to enjoy. We loved the hot tub! The kitchen and bathrooms are immaculate and clean, and the master bedroom is truly a treat. The home is also quiet and spacious and was perfect for our group for each person to have their own space and privacy. The biggest treat was the extra playroom nook for our young children, they loved it and all of the toys thoughtfully placed for them to play! Lisa Marie stocked each room and bathroom with plenty of soaps, conditioners, shampoos, and the kitchen was well-stocked with every item you could need for cooking/coffee making. If we come back to Atlanta, we'd absolutely love to stay here again!

My family LOVED the home. It is fairly a newer home for the hosts so there was minor fixable issues, but those issues didn’t affect how me and my family loved the home and still enjoyed our time here. From the reservation, during the stay, and until the end…Marlon & Emmett’s communication was amazing. They were always present when needed. This is my 1st time in Atlanta and they too are super helpful when I asked for suggestions of places to visit in the area. Thank you so much you two. My family and I have enjoyed my stay in Atlanta and if I ever decide to come back, you most definitely will be the 1st hosts I come looking for.

My Family had a wonderful stay here, it was private, fun, and clean. Such a beautiful home with a lot of space! Wish we could have stayed longer, but hopefully that means we will be back and stay again. Thank you for being a wonderful host and sharing your home with us.

Had a great stay with our student group to an Emory conference. For our purposes, it was affordable and clean and safe. A group of our size (we maxed the allowed number of 14) was really pushing the bounds of the property's bathroom and living room situation, but we made do. Very convenient to grocery store and local restaurants, and only ten minutes to campus. Clear instructions on check-out and nothing overbearing. Note: give really clear instructions to any food delivery, as the driveway is long and the house well out of sight of the road.

The stay is great. The home is beautiful. clean & has everything you need & more. Precious responds immediately to your messages. Precious also checks on you to make sure everything is going ok & that there is enough household items especially with my long stay. She gives you your privacy. This is the best stay I ever had & things didn't finish when planned. I was overwhelmed to make sure I booked her home for longer. She made the process so easy on me. If you in town or like me just getting work done to your home ...try Precious Paradise. I promise you will not be disappointed. From the host kindness to the beautiful home they provide was a great experience.

We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out. We felt welcome the moment we walked in the door. Very spacious with an amazing kitchen. We had everything we needed and the place fit our families perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!

Thomas' home was just as advertised. His home was beautiful. I was only in Atlanta to visit Six Flags, so I wasn't at the home much. But, I was always comfortable while in the home. I'm also a simple guest, so I usually don't bother my host much, but the few questions I had, Thomas was very clear and prompt with his responses. He was also very proactive with his approach. Even when I didn't need anything, he was always checking on how everything was going. It was nice knowing he actually cared that my stay was pleasant. And last, but not least, the wine he provided was a fantastic touch. With the day I had before leaving home for my trip, being able to wind down in comfort with a glass of wine came in clutch. I 100% recommend staying at Thomas'. And being that I purchased season passes for my son and I, I highly recommend booking Thomas before I do as I plan on trying to stay at Thomas' home for every visit. Thank you for your hospitality, Thomas!

I loved my stay at the "Diamomd in the Rough". It was a very sexy and intimate space that was just right for quality time. Lamar was a great host that was very responsive and thoughtful. The wine was a very thoughtful gift to go along with the creative ambiance. I definitely recommend if you are planning a stay in ATL any time soon. Thanks again Lamar for sharing your space!

Beautiful place with enough space and the view is amazing!! Would definitely be my to go spot in atl, and host is very kind and friendly!!

Avanna was very detailed for what she advertised for the location so you get what you see. We liked everything including the patio. She was very responsive especially during check-in when we encountered issues. It was a bit of a hassle getting the key and there was spotty signal in the lobby of the area. I did pay for secured parking. We weren’t really able to figure out at the end if the location of the apartment could be accessed easier via the parking garage or if we really did need to walk quite long (about 5 minutes to get there). When returning the parking pass, we had to leave the garage, park outside, come back and return the parking pass, and drop off the keys. There were also other menial tasks that we had to complete during the checkout process that made me question what the cleaning fee was for. This might be a standard experience and the checkout process was detailed for what would be expected prior to, but it was a lot for checkout.

We were so lucky last year to have connected with Meagan and to have stayed at her place. This year when we decided to head back down to Atlanta we didn't hesitate to reach out to her hoping her place would be available again, the week we needed it, and we were delighted when it was. It is exactly how it is described and Meagan is a wonderful host, who is quick to respond to any question we may have and made our stay very easy. We highly suggest this property to anyone who is looking for a one bedroom.

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.
