Great location! Recommend the hot tub boats. This was a hit with the family! Responsive host that responded quickly to any questions we had thru out the stay. Once as you leave the property it is a Straight shot to the strip in Gatlinburg which is about 15-20 minutes away!

Great spot! Very peaceful with a wonderful view of the mountains. The tiny home is well appointed and very clean. Comfortable bed and everything I needed for a few nights. Particularly liked the hot tub at sunset. Just a short drive to Townsend where there’s a decent coffee shop and several restaurants. Lots of incredible hiking nearby.

This was our first time staying in a cabin and can confidently say I made the perfect selection. I will definitely be coming back in the future! Great location being within 5-7 minutes from downtown ; while also being private with breathtaking views. Bryan was extremely helpful with directions, activity and food suggestions & also frequently checked in to make sure we were okay or needed anything.

My 10 year old daughter and I looked at over 100 cabins together and we picked The Tiny Cabin. It wasn’t about the price, but what looked perfect to us. Melinda was so friendly. It never felt like a “business transaction” as I had expected. Melinda isn’t in the business of Hospitality and Short Term Rentals in my honest opinion. Melinda’s passion and business model is in creating memories that will last a lifetime, and making sure that her guests are satisfied and everything. Our cabin was extremely quiet and peaceful. It was stocked extremely well with everything that we needed. My daughter pointed out one night and loved that I asked her if she was ready to head “home” because it was getting late. My daughter loved it as well! The loft is extremely cozy and our cabin was so clean I walked around inside with my socks, which I only do in my own home. The deck provides a beautiful view and the cabin is in a wonderful location about 20 minutes from all of the attractions.

One of our favorite places we’ve stayed. The view was so beautiful. Plenty of privacy even though there are two tiny homes. The inside was modern, cozy, comfortable and beautiful. Fun outside activities with the fire pit, hammock and stuff for the water when it’s warmer. We didn’t want our stay to end and we can’t wait to visit again ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at William’s cozy cabin. The cabin was so very clean and comfortable and very nicely decorated. It was the perfect getaway! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and more. William responds quickly to any questions you may have. We had such a great time that we asked to extend our stay for one more day.

Cody and Kendra were very responsive and flexibile with me on my trip. As for the tiny home, it was very clean and a wonderful place to stay. Wifi was a bit tempermental at times, but Cody and Kendra made sure I was well aware about that and a DVD player was avaliable for entertainment. There was even some free oatmeal and snacks there which was very nice. I defiently recommend Cody and Kendra's tiny home to anyone travelling to East Tennessee.

We ended up checking out of a different Airbnb early because we were uncomfortable—and then we found this place. It was the perfect tiny cabin. Cozy, comfortable, and nestled quietly in the mountains, it felt like the peaceful escape we needed. The property had a farm with goats, llamas, alpacas, sheep, and pigs (and I LOVED the pigs). They would run, squeal, and grunt in delight when they saw me—it honestly made my day every time. The host was incredibly kind, allowing us to check in early and checking in to make sure we were comfortable. We’ll definitely make time to come back!
