Gorgeous Old City Apt in Downtown Knoxville, TN

This gorgeous apartment has been updated with Marble countertops. The space is great for work or play. It has exposed brick & hardwood flooring throughout. The bedroom and bathrooms have luxury linens, walk in shower and double sinks. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. The neighborhood has amazing local restaurants steps from the front door. There is a list of our favorite places to eat in the apartment and I am happy to assist with any of your travel or entertainment needs.

Very nice modern “ rustic” two story apartment (unit #1) located on Majestic mountain. Featuring indoor open fireplace, two bedrooms with private baths, and a third bedroom/game room (complete with foosball table, 55"+40" smart tvs, also a gaming TV w/Xbox). WiFi provided. Open kitchen with essentials provided, updated appliances & washer and dryer. Upper and lower decks give access to a view overlooking the valley and Legacy Mountain. Only 9 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Enjoy a walkout downstairs apartment which includes a LR, additional seating area w/sleeper sofa, BR w/king bed, bathroom, dining room, kitchenette, small patio space, private entrance, & parking. The living area has a view and the décor is eclectic and updated. (This space is NOT childproofed, and NOT for small children.) It is best suited for 2 adults, but can accommodate 2 more guests (13 and over) w/sleeper sofa. Dollywood is 4 miles, GSMN park is about 12, and Pigeon Forge is only 2.
