Monthly Rentals in Dortmund

Great place, it is in an apartment so you can hear the people above you. But other than that it was a good stay.

Pleasant spot for a short stay! The apartment is located in a quieter, more remote part of Dortmund, away from the city’s bustling areas which offers peace and calm, though it does mean a bit more time to reach the city center especially later in the day. Daytime connections to downtown are decent, and the lovely Phoenix See area is also within reach. The one-room apartment comes with all essential amenities, which, while not the newest, are functional and help us manage our stay. Karsten and his family live right next door, giving a a full experience of local life and the advantage of support being close by if needed. The private courtyard is a great bonus, offering a bit of outdoor space to balance the compact interior.

Easy to reach from the main train station, accordingly also not far from the city center from the apartment. Claudia always responded quickly to messages and sent a welcome message with tips for the area in the beginning. Ice cream shop, supermarket, bakery everything nearby. There were already some groceries in the kitchen, which made me very happy and shows that Claudia is very interested in that you have a nice stay. Check-in with the smartlock and also the later openings of the doors were hassle-free. The street in front of the house is a bit noisy, but in a big city nothing unusual and the church bells in front of the house also didn't feel like a disturbance, they just exist and ring when they ring 😉 All in all, I had a great stay that I didn't miss anything. I was very happy with the Airbnb choice for my three week stay!

Our stay with Susanne was just great. Very clean and it had everything your heart desires. It is very lovingly decorated and you immediately feel comfortable. Thank you for a great stay. I will definitely return!
