The house was perfect for our extended family holiday. It is a beautiful, comfortable house in an incredible location. There are so many great things to do right from the door of the house. The access to the beach was a joy, we swam, snorkeled, paddled & kayaked right from in front of the house. A short walk to the fascinating Port Arthur site is an added bonus. I really do recommend this holiday rental with all full 5 stars.

Splendid view + in house book library and wall paintings + super cool host + cozy house = memorable vacation! My son first time said “my dream house!”, do I need to add more here? You inspired us to have similar house post retirement. Thanks a lot Margie for hosting us.

Breath taking view , we arrived when it was dark , this morning opening the blind seeing the water was a wonderful start to the day , spa was beautiful

Had a lovely stay. Hosts left a welcoming message and some breakfast supplies which was great after a day of travelling and arriving late to the house. We enjoyed the quiet surrounds and seeing some of the wildlife.

We were so lucky to be able to call Saltcotes home for a few days. So homely and well appointed. Thanks so much Frances and we look forward to hopefully coming to stay again.

What an absolute dream to stay at. The property is exceptional and provided the perfect getaway for the whole family, including our 2 groodles. I loved the decor and the outdoor entertaining space which we would love to utilise in summer one day when we return. The property is in the heart of Orford where we were able to walk to Wattlebanks on Saturday morning for breakfast and to the local beaches for a walk with the dogs. We were impressed with the functionality of the house and all the little extra amenities that made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing such as the coffee machine, high chair, dog bowl, heated towel rails, fruit trees and much much more. Thankyou John for your hospitality. We would love to return in the near future

Booked this for some of my colleagues working nearby. Great location, wonderful facilities, clean and tidy, great host. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

My stay at Sonia's place in Primrose Sands was just what I needed. It is very private with STUNNING water views, spotless bathroom with amazing shower, and stylish kitchen. All while feeling cosy and relaxing. I didn't leave the space for the two nights I was there and I didn't want to! Really fantastic goodies like butter, milk, chilled water and juice in the fridge, breakfast cereals, coffee machine and gorgeous bathroom products. Communication was a dream, and I was left completely undisturbed ( just as I like it!). I couldn't recommend Sonia's place more!
