Awesome place! Has all the necessities for a long or short term stay for a reasonable price. We felt right at home here.

The place looked exactly like the pictures. This place was perfect for what we needed. Our host was very friendly and had great communication!

Our stay at David's place was exactly what you want from an Airbnb. David was proactive with getting the keyless touchpad programmed to the code that we provided. His place was very spacious with vaulted ceiling in the living and dining rooms. The furniture was in excellent condition and was very comfortable. The beds had ample blankets and were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary items that most guests would expect. We rarely dine out when we travel and the kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare our meals. David's place is close to Midland University and about a mile from the main business district. David's place is located in a group of newer townhouses and the area was very quiet. If we happen to travel to Fremont in the future, we will definitely try to reserve a stay with David.

My wife and I came back to the area for work. During our duration we had to extend our stay and ended up being there over 3 weeks. This newly remodeled cottage not only is it spacious but it offers historic charm, history of the property and easy access to highway and town. We enjoyed the privacy of the property and being able to take walks on it and having coffee in the sunroom. Joscelyn was a great host and always available if we needed to reach her. We highly recommend staying here for future guests it can accommodate families and plenty of parking. We would definitely book again when back in the area. It felt like home away from home.
