Our stay at Andrew's Airbnb was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality. The attention to detail in every aspect of this space is truly remarkable. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need for a comfortable stay, including the world's largest TV and the most comfiest couch ever!! The highlight of our stay, however, was undoubtedly the location: everything is within walking distance and/or a short tram trip away. Andrew went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing us with insider tips on the best local restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems. Their passion for hospitality truly shone through in every interaction. I have no hesitation in endorsing Andrew and his home and will definitely be staying there again!!

Loved my stay in Olivia‘s home! The pictures do not do it justice! I found myself taking pictures of the tasteful art deco decor. The place is spacious spotlessly clean and welcoming. I was staying alone and felt comfortable It feels private but also within a community. Elwood Beach just is just across the road and great walk along. There are many good restaurant & cafes in the neighbourhood and it’s not far from the Saint Kilda which is just a short term ride away. Or as was my preference the kitchen is very well equipped and there are some good quality grocery stores nearby. I appreciate it nice touches like eggs, wine and pantry supplies. Olivia was very helpful and responsive. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Would stay here again

Ideal location that was close to transit and also the beach. The noise from the trams was not an issue at all, as some reviews stated. There was some street noise on the weekend at night, which was to be expected. The apartment was clean and the hosts were so helpful and quick to respond. They went out of their way to allow for a later checkout, which was greatly appreciated.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic and Dianne was super helpful throughout our entire 3 weeks. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne as the city is extremely easy to get to and the views from the apartment are just beautiful!

Awesome stay at Natalie’s apartment.. loved the little extras like food in the fridge and cupboards… especially when arriving late at night when the shops are shut! Comfy bed, great position, exactly as described. Will definitely be back! Thank you

Portable air conditioner was on the fritz, luckily we caught some cooler summer weather during our stay. Overall the place was exactly what was expected and close to good restaurants and the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

I had a fantastic experience with Charlie, the host of our accommodation, when I stayed at this property in May. He’s delivered again in this occasion; 2/2! For this however, initially, we had booked a different property, but unfortunately, it didn’t match the description and lacked internet connectivity. However, Charlie was incredibly accommodating and made sure we could check in early and check out later, which was a huge help given our circumstances. Throughout the process, communication was excellent, and Charlie was always polite and courteous. I highly recommend staying at Charlie’s place for a seamless and pleasant experience.

My kid studied at Hampton Primary School for 6 weeks, the house is in a great location, 12 minutes walk to the school and the beach is just across the road. Janelle values privacy, barely on the first floor, so we were basically the only users using the bedroom, bathroom and living room. It is ideal for short term stay, but for long term stay, it is not very convenient to cook by yourself, only have oven and microwave, no stove and pan.

What a fabulous spot to enjoy what Melbourne has to offer. The views are truly spectacular and the apartment is well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Dorothy was more than just a host. She is polite, courteous and showed genuine care. I lost my air-pods on the balcony and she was so kind to find them for me - amongst many other little gestures of kindness... much appreciated. There's a general ambiance of serenity in her home and I feel it is Dorothy's gracious vibe along with the most stunning sunset views of the ocean / bay.

This charming unit is part of a larger four-unit building. It was absolutely wonderful. Historic charm, modern amenities, great location, and the included parking spot was very helpful. I only wish I had more time to stay here as it was a very relaxing environment. The living room has gorgeous panoramic windows that look out to the water. These can also be opened for a nice breeze. The natural light coming in is beautiful. There’s also a very nice Samsung Frame TV with all the usual smart apps. This is a thoughtful touch and shows this owner cares about furnishing with quality goods. I’m not sure if the weather is usually as good as it was during my stay, but there is central air if needed. Noise was minimal, although you are definitely aware of neighbors and surroundings. Wasn’t a problem for me. Shower is hot, beds are comfy, kitchen is useful, really nothing was lacking here. The check in process was also seamless with straightforward instructions and thoughtful access.

Was a beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Amazing views. Simple, but has everything you need. The apartment block was very quiet and private. Would recommend to anyone.

Great holiday flat with everything you could possibly need. Peaceful and in an excellent position opposite the beach yet only 15 minute walk to the cafes & restaurants on pier street. The only downside was the bed which was very hard. However we do realise that some people do like a firm mattress.

Andrea's amazing place in St Kilda was one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! It was spotlessly clean, quiet, spacious, private, light-filled, beautifully decorated with comfy and cozy furniture and in such a convenient location right on The Esplanade, where the beach, trams, shops, restaurants and cafes were only minutes away. It had lovely views from the front window and was also close to Acland St (and its many tempting cake shops) and the excellent Esplanade Market was across the road on Sundays. Andrea was a fantastic host, providing comprehensive check-instructions and always kind and responsive in all her communications. Her place is extremely well-equipped, with the big kitchen fully set up with essentials and more (such as generous welcome Tim Tams, oils and spices), washing machine in the bathroom, air conditioning and touch table lamps in the bedroom. We loved our stay here in St Kilda and would definitely book if/when in Melbourne again!

Port Melbourne is a great area with lots to do and only a tram away from the city. Sakshee's place is strategically located near the beach which makes all the areas accessible. The place is clean and nice, communication is very good and very accommodating. The unit is a bit complex to get to with lots of doors to go through but Sakshee makes it easy with clear instructions. The unit is very private, cozy and quiet. Overall, worth every penny, I would go back there again when I go back to port Melbourne.

This was a fantastic property in a great location literally right across the street from the beach. Walking distance to Church street with everything you need grocery, cafe’s great restaurants. Would highly recommended this property!

Great place to stay, Melissa was very kind and had checked up on me as I had arrived. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to live in or around St Kilda.
