Vacation rentals with beach access in Docklands

Perfect location to catch up with relatives who lived within the Brighton area but also super easy, with a direct train line, into the city. Some great local restaurants and cafes. Sandringham beach at the end of the street with beach towels supplied. This was a perfect base for myself and my elderly parents, late 70s, one flight of stairs in but other than that very accessible. Would be good for small families too. Presented exactly as shown in the photos. We had no faults and the host was very responsive. The place was clean and tidy, some stains on the fabric furniture but that’s to be expected. Would definitely stay again.

A recently refurbished property. Spacious enough for two. Excellent location for the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. There is a major road outside that gets busy early each day. Highly recommended, great value for money.

Anne’s place is clean, comfortable & quiet. Communication throughout was excellent & I liked the location with its handy transport (bus & tram) nearby, and short walk got waterfront (10 mins). I would stay here again! The apartment has everything you need in kitchen, bathroom, utility which I really appreciate when travelling. Found our way to Middle Park - 15 min walk & enjoyed the shops & restaurants there (rather than Fitzroy St)

Great location - walkable to the beach and a bunch of restaurants and local grocers. Nice walk to the Elwood sunset lookout and right around the corner from the skybus as well. Great communication, and easy check-in, homey place with lots of amenities. Lovely, leafy neighborhood.

Getting into the apartment was abit of a struggle, but instructions were very detailed and clear, apartment was comfortable and clean, the view of the ocean was amazing

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location close to the beach was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Communication with the host was smooth, making the whole experience hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Thanks so much for having us! We had a lovely stay in your beautiful place opposite Brighton Beach. Light filled, warm, clean and filled with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, coffee /tea and rubbish bags etc. we would definitely be back and would 100% recommend.

Loved staying here and really enjoyed the growth of a suburb like Gardenvale So close to the water and a short train ride to the heart of the city. Fantastic and can't wait to stay again.

I would highly recommend James to anyone looking to stay in Melbourne. We enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly as described. James was very responsive, he provided clear instructions on how to get to the property and to enter the property. James had a number of recommendations for restaurants nearby and he answered any questions I had. The location is fantastic, only 15 minutes walk to St Kilda beach.

Gabrielle's place was awesome, suited our needs perfectly. Beautiful sunlit living space and open kitchen, that opens onto a very private backyard, which was perfect for our dog. Close walk to "Bay street" which has everything you need plus more. We really enjoyed the choice of restaurants and bars. Quick walk to both "dog friendly" and Dog free" beaches take your pick. Any questions or instructions, Gabby responded promptly. She really made our stay easy and leaving us wanting to return. Thanks Gabby!

A lovely place to take my children plenty of space and Andrew was a super host, replied to any questions within minutes. A short walk to great shops and the station, then only 20 and we were at the tennis. All bedrooms worked well for us all, a very well equipped kitchen with great coffee machine and we used the huge bbq on the terrace almost everyday. Having not been back to Australia for 34 years Andrews place was the perfect place to stay, not just for accommodation but for location. Ah mustn’t forget to mention the marina area a short walk away has the best ice creams and restaurants with lovely walks along the seafront. Thanks Andrew for helping us have the BEST holiday… Robert

Lovely house perfect size for our group of six adults and one baby. Great location for Elwood and all the lovely cafes and beaches nearby. Would stay again if ever back in Melbourne!

Jonathan was a wonderful host, very responsive and informative. Location is a 20min drive into the CBD, a 3min walk to a wonderful cafe, or a 2min drive to a local shopping centre which has everything you need. One of the beds is lower than expected, but still comfortable, and the kitchen cupboards a little bare if eating in for every meal.(Although a dishwasher is a win!) Having the security of parking our car in the carport behind a roller door was a key highlight as we had travelled from interstate and not familiar with the area. The house wasn't completely "hotel lux" however for the location and cost, it was absolutely perfect for a short family getaway. Thank you for having us!

Gracie’s place was perfect! Great place for families with kids. In a fantastic location, close to parks, Bay street cafe/shops/restaurants, and most of all it’s in great proximity to the tram stop into the city. We had the best time there. Highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back ♥️

Thank you so much Kate & Julian for the perfect house!!!! It was super perfect. We touch down at melbourne at around 10 am & settle everything reach at Altona at 1pm. Allowed to early checkin. The surrounding area was great & secured. Feeling safe and the township just about 1 min drive. We shopped at nearby Coles with peace and ease. Visit the beach & cherry lake too. Can also opt for another big Coles or Woolworths at Altona North just 3km away. The house was complete with all amenities that you need. Super easy to cook. Everything is there. Washing machine, tv, iron etc. we really feel like home and our trip was perfect. Its just everything that u need after a long day. Definitely will repeat to stay in Melbourne if there is any chance in the future. Thank you again for hosting. Love from Malaysia!!!!XOXO.

Lovely home from home

This is definitely my idea of a staycation -- the views are stunning, the apartment extremely comfortable and the beach is right across the road -- we loved our stay here for all those reasons and more, but the Hosts at Vacay deserve special mention for their solicitous and thoughtful guest service management. We wanted to stay on as our renovation was taking longer than expected, but unfortunately someone else already beat us to it. Our hosts put together a short list of options for us to consider in the vicinity (none of which were properties of the Vacay Group), making our lives so much easier and saving us a great deal of time looking. We'll definitely be back!!!

Great location and accomodation for our family get together away from home. The onsite pool was a great asset. The children loved the nearby climbing playground. Great views from the balcony.

We had a very comfortable and cosy stay. Place had everything we needed and in a fantastic location. Hosts were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous time at Rueben’s place in Brighton. The unit is beautifully appointed. Rueben, Sookie and Vinola were lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this unit!

Selina's place is beautiful, well kept and well stocked! In a superb location too. Incredibly responsive. Gym and pool were amazing and opened nice and early at 6am so we could get some morning exercise in :). Only small downside is the internet connection was not the most stable however we weren't at home all too often. Would recommend!

Place was clean and conveniently located with private parking and great views.
