Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in District 8

Clean and nice little homely apartment in the city centre, walkable to nice coffee places to chill. Balcony and smart TV is a nice touch to the stay. Not to mention the responsive and kind host that makes the stay enjoyable.

Very accessible place, short 10-15 minute walk to most places like ben thanh area. Anna the host is super responsive as well, assisted with my request super quickly. Definitely a very helpful host with a great place to stay. Highly recommended to all!

Very central, modern, and clean AirBnB. It has everything you'd need in it, including a washer/dryer. It even has a small balcony. Check-in was easy as a receptionist was present. Suitcases were stored for us 2 weeks before check-in as we travelled through the country and couldn't bring everything. Parking is in the street next to it. Many cafe's and food spots around the area. Plus: elevator, so no carrying luggage. Would love to come back!

Philip was super helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean, well stocked with lots of clean white hotel quality bath towels, toiletries was also high quality, the kitchen was stocked with a rice cooker, several pots and a frying pan, as well as adequate quantity of cutlery, cutting boards, knives, scissors, a peeler, and lots of garbage bags. Upon arrival, I found the fridge full of water bottles and beer. Although I am not a beer drinker, it was nice to have option when I had guests. A large 5 gallon water bottle was also provided. Philip was there within 5-10 minutes every time I needed something. Before I left Philip brought a push cart and scale over so I could weigh and transport my suitcases. I have stayed in many Airbnb throughout Vietnam, and Philip is the best host so far.

Great location as family could all be close together. The building next door might prevent the views but it also keeps the place cool however, you can still appreciate the views from the rooftop. Thank you Kate for having as stay at your place.

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

I felt right at home at Thao's home, her and her husband are super genuine and very accommodating. This home and location is as local as it gets in Saigon, of all 3 airbnb's I booked I enjoyed my stay here the most and would re-book if life re-presents the opportunity.

It was an excellent stay, really aesthetic and most importantly, clean. The host was very kind and also let us check in early. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh. I’d love to come back also.

Very clean. Peaceful neighborhood (not crowded). Lots of convenience stores, nice restaurants and cafes and atm machines/banks around. Very good coffee downstairs. Very polite host. Great value for money.

The day we arrived it was terrible. Raining like hell... Pouring everywhere but the instructions were clear, precise... Accurate. However I did not have a SIM card.. Nor WiFi. How did I manage then? The neighbours.. We came across 3 neighbours who were there to help. Phoning to THAO. Just to mention that the surroundings is safe and you feel at home. The other days, things went much better. Now we had SIM and WiFi. Everything went like a breeze. Easy. THAO even booked a tour for us... Wonderful half day. THAO is very supportive, proactive and.... Discrète which my whole family did appreciate. The room is as described. Neat and functional. It is not a 5 star hotel but for the price you pay I must consider myself lucky and the place is worth every penny you pay. There is food stalls and restaurants everywhere. You can walk at night. Mind you I came with my wife and daughter and I never felt unsecure. Do not think twice... Grasp the homestay before it's gone.

Nice and tidy house, would come back in future

Lyn made my trip super easy and relaxed. Location was easy to find, easy to get in. Super responsive and helpful when ever i messaged. The place was exactly as pictured. Perfect for someone traveling alone. Or even with a partner. Apartment for most part puts you basically in the center of district 1, most places are walking distance for restaurants parks, shopping malls, bars clubs, and 24 hour Pho spot. A.C. In apartment works great and there is a fan if ya don't want to use A.C. Only thing i would say is to buy your own water from 711 or the mini Marts. Perfect Airbnb would stay here again.

Lan is a very accommodating host. She is very responsive. She even lets us keep our baggage in her pesronal unit even after our check out time so we can still roam around the place conveniently. She easily responds anytime we have a question or concern. The unit is also near the tourist spots and there is a 24-hr convenience store nearby. So happy that we booked her property.

Value for money. A great place for family with many rooms. Love the swimming pool.
