This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

It’s amazing experience, the home which in photo was not ready although but host have arranged some other place which was really nice and that also in time ( good two flat in high rise building ) I really appreciate for the quick response and action He is really was help in all tracking and communicating before arrival I strongly recommending this place

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly helped with early check-in. The staffs were super polite and friendly. The only minor downside was that the gate closed at 10 pm, but the security was incredibly accommodating and quickly helped me whenever I needed access. I do feel a little bad for waking them up, but they were always kind and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

We had an pleasant stay at Mai's place in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was very clean. The location is good with plenty of convenient stores nearby and pretty close to District 1. The unit has a dryer, so it was convenient for us, especially after a long day of exploring the city in the hot weather. The host also provides plenty of essentials for your stays. We almost did not have to buy anything extra. The wifi was great, and we had no problems working remotely. Moreover, Mai was an exceptional host – very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. She let us check in early. Overall, we highly recommend Mai's place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

For me it's the best place to stay in Saigon. In the middle of a quiet, cute residential area and a flower market. 7mins from District 1. The apartment has everything you need and a nice balcony overlooking a narrow beautiful street. This is a small block of apartments, very safe and clean. The host is attentive and friendly, I couldn't ask for more. There are cute cafes and food stalls along the small roads and an olympic sized swimming pool just 400m away

Really recommend would love to stay longer

We’ve been to Saigon many times and was looking for a place a bit out of the touristy part of town. We found a wonderful spot at Bac’s place. It is in an older building but redone so tastefully!. We loved staying there! There is everything you would need for a relaxing stay. A big plus is the 2X weekly cleaning and laundry service and the big 5 gallon water bottle! The location is on a fairly busy alley that has coffee shops just across the street and a couple doors down. Many restaurants in the neighborhood and a small, well stocked grocery store about 1.5 blocks away. The WiFi was good, there was very good lighting, and the air con did not blast you while in bed! The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and a great shower. Shower gel and shampoo were supplied. We never cooked in the kitchen but they had supplies if you wanted to. We never saw a single bug in 3 weeks! Oh, the 6th floor terrace was so nice in the evenings with the breezes. We would love to stay again!

This was my first time being in Ho Chi Minh City so I wanted to make sure that I had really good accommodations. I wanted to make sure that I was in a location where I could easily walk to too spots and this was a perfect spot. I was very close to the Ben Thanh market and you can even walk to the Bui Vien walking street as well. It was in a prime location, but not noisy whatsoever. The Airbnb itself was very clean and pristine. There were two separate locking systems so I felt pretty secure there and I was a solo traveler so I felt very safe. The host was very communicative and they have the cutest cat and the cutest puppy! I also had my laundry done and it went pretty well so overall I highly recommend!

Nice team, they helped me everything even doing the laundry. Fast and flexible check in, nice neighborhood, a lot of good food, easy to walk around, convenient store downstairs, the room was clean everyday. 5/5 rating!

One of the best airbnbs ive stayed at in my life, felt very at home here and Virgo was extremely helpful. The cafe downstairs makes really good coffee and next door there’s a pizza place where I had the best pizza I’ve had in asia. Really close to the ‘strip’ if you’re into that but far away that you don’t get any of the chaos. Will def stay here again when Im back in Saigon.

Lovely flat in a nice suburb. Very close to main road but surprisingly very quiet. Had everything we needed and the host was very kind and quick to respond to any queries. 10-15min grab from district 1.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, nail salons, hair wash spots, and massage places all within walking distance. The room itself was great—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The washroom was also in great condition. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even offering us a discount when we had to extend our booking on the last day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Anna was a great host. She took care of all minor details during our stay, and the staff lady was friendly and always available to help. The location was perfect. This place is tucked away from the busy and chaotic street. It's a safe little alley with local kids playing in the evening and features a vegan ice cream shop and a small restaurant serving a light menu. The unit was spacious, and the bed was firm and comfortable. We would definitely come back if we find ourselves in Ho Chi Minh City in the future.
