Vacation rentals with a fireplace in District 1

I've spent two weeks at Tonee's: I wanted a place that was central, but not too chaotic and noisy as it can happen in D1. The room was minimal, but had all the comforts I needed and a great wifi connection: most important thing for me as a digital nomad. In conclusion: Tonee's place was perfect for my needs and I am very satisfied. Tonee has been always very kind and she even invited me to have dinner with her family which I've greatly appreciated!

The location is what made this place shine, everything was walkable. If you wanted to shop, eat, go clubbing? It was at the center. My friends and I did use Grab quite often, but everything was close to even walk, if we wanted to. I liked how many beds were offered, but only disliked how small the communal areas were, and how they are separated. But my group weren't home most of the time or had different plans throughout the day, so it worked out.

if you want to live with the locals, living everyday life & get amongst it, this is the place to stay. Street food, coffee & ice- cream are 1 minute walk away. Close to the markets, restaurants & night life. don't flush toilet paper - took a couple of try's to get used to the small, high powered hose but got the hang of it. bedrooms are upstairs - not suitable if you can't walk up stairs. Overall - was the perfect place for first trip to Vietnam

It was a nice cozy apartment and our stay here was very pleasant. The property is located just at walking distance from the market, so you can explore lot of things by walking. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Will totally recommend.

The place is open, the bonus floor of the house so only one room and balcony are quite green. Clean and comfortable, located in the center so it is quite convenient to move. The only drawback is that because the room is on the high floor, it is quite far to reach the room (80 steps and the steps are quite high)

I spent 6 weeks at Hannah's place! The concierge (Xuan) is really adorable: even if she doesn't speak English, we can understand each other and talk 😉 Rooms with balconies are really great with good natural light! The accommodation is close to a very lively park in the evening, but also very close to the famous Bui Vien street and Ben Tanh market 👍 Hannah is extremely responsive! She responds very quickly and always has a solution for us. It's reassuring to have someone so available! 🫶

The apartment was very clean and beautiful. The bathroom is awesome and has a lot of space. Check in is fast and convenient. I did like the location because it wasn’t in the crazy center but that’s just my preference. We wanted to check out late as out flight was later in the evening and Austin was so kind to give us an accommodation for a tiny fee which I really appreciate. Thanks again and hope to visit Saigon and your place again.

Daisy was a great host, very responsive and was a great help. The apartment is in a great location making it accessible to walk almost everywhere in District 1. I'd highly recommend this apartment.

This is a wonderful appartment in a nice block. The unit is very quiet and comfortable with a large TV and nice bathroom. I found it to be very convenient for my needs. Communication was excellent. I will definitely try to stay here again if I come back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Great place. The most outstanding feature is that it is extremely easy for taxis etc to pick you up. There are pretty great food spots nearby and convenience stores. Just ask the host to recommend

Love this place would stay again, Khoa very responsive and reliable host. I would recommend my friend to stay here, you got all you need at the place and the convince store is just few min away. Easy to order grab bike and food, walking distance to breakfast and lunch. 3-5min to SaiGon Center and Q1.

Great stay at a beautiful property. As a group of 10 friends who were travelling from 5 different countries for a reunion, it was smooth for us to check-in at separate times. The staff was helpful, and always prompt in responding to our requests. They helped arrange everything we needed. The property was beautiful, and we utilised the swimming pool, gym, badminton court, tennis court, golf driving range and karaoke room. Grab was convenient to find cabs and order food. All in all, it was a great property with great staff and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!
