I intend to visit again the next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City.

I love the location. Close to everything but not super noisy area. Host was very helpful with our early check in , and when you are traveling with big group we very much appreciate it. Clean and organized. Recommended!

What a little gem! Great location no frills basic accommodation. This was perfect for us as we were out most days. Anything that we needed was quickly answered and dealt with. Our room didn’t lock on the first night, we spoke to the lovely lady on reception who fixed it straight away no fuss. The beds were comfy for us and good instructions on how to use shower provided ahead of check in. Location was perfect, as very central district 1. Communication was excellent they helped sort transport from airport which was much needed after a very long flight and got us checked in as quickly as possible. Highly recommend.

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. There’s a security on site 24/7 so it’s very safe. Similar to a hotel, there’s a placard you can put outside to have the apartment cleaned daily if needed. There’s a small washer you can use to do laundry as well. 5 stars, highly recommended. Would stay again for future visit.

Believe every review you read about this place! This was one of the best Airbnb’s we had in our 3 months of travel. It had everything we needed, including a hot shower, a safe location in the central district, a large TV, a responsive host, bottled water upon arrival, and great AC. Any time we reached out to the host, she responded right away and accommodated us. The location is close to all sites while being just far enough to be quiet and secure. Lots of great restaurants in the area at low prices. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone staying in HCM City!

Tung was always reachable and very kind

We stayed 2 weeks and felt right at home. Victor is always very helpful and responsive, and helped us to have a bike right from the first day. The location is optimal to reach all landmarks and more. The area has also all kind of food and a convenient store 2 min from Victor's flat. I definitely recommand it !!

Great stay! The apartment was super spacious, clean, and had everything we needed—including a fully equipped kitchen and comfy bedrooms. Being on the 23rd floor, the view of the bridge from the balcony was a nice bonus. The building is high-end with great amenities, including a big, pristine pool. The neighborhood was awesome—lots of cafes, restaurants, and a park by the bridge where people gathered for evening picnics. Super easy to get around with Grab or get food delivery. While there was some minor construction on the upper floor, it didn’t bother us. The host was responsive, and you could tell he had put a lot of thought into making the place feel like home-anything you might need was provided. Overall, a fantastic place at a great price. Would definitely stay again!

Alice and Justin always provide prompt and precise information while we got some questions. They are super friendly and thoughtful. Places are clean and cozy, also convenient to travel to famous places in this city.

Well situated apartment off party street. Centrally located but authentic Vietnamese if you don’t want to stay in a touristic hotel. Host was responsive and available after we locked ourselves out of the room. Highly recommended! Good value for groups or families.

The room is equipped with everything so it was really easy to get settled in. The hosts are very responsive and super helpful. It's a basic place, but there's always hot water, air-conditioning and the WiFi is suitable for working remotely. The bed is comfortable and the area is mostly quiet the whole day.

The host was the best very helpful and always available to assist with whatever questions we had about varies topics.

Loved our stay here! The place was super comfy and spacious for two people. The host really thought of everything, amenities were complete, so we didn’t need to buy anything at all. Location was perfect with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. It’s in a quiet alley, but still easy to find, and even Grab cars could get in with no problem. Plus, there’s a spa and some nice food spots right in the same alley. Everything was super convenient and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here - the apartment is clean, stylish and cool (AC works really well!!) This was the perfect place to get to all of the sights in Ho Chi Minh with only 25 minute walk to Post Office, Book Street and Cafe Apartments. The host provided us with loads of instructions to get to the apartment and also recommendations for the cheapest taxi providers, good restaurants and places to visit. We could even leave our bags on the last day in a safe spot while we waited for our train. A lovely stay and would come back :)

A lot of thought has been put into this place. It was comfortable, charming, and had a nice view! I wish we had a second key, since the elevator requires it. I would consider staying here again.

Great apartment. Lovely space. The pool on the top floor was a bonus but you arent able to lie in the sun by the pool after 11am as the sun has moved around and shades the edge of pool. Had to get a Grab everywhere from here which is easy and straightforward but as it was District 1 i thought we would be more central so we could walk to places. Very nice apartment though and i would stay here again.

Extremely beautiful, air conditioner was reliable and loved the turnaround for taxi drop off. Laundry in unit and having 2 bathrooms was luxurious. Newly built and private. Would definitely airbnb again! small note that is outside the host's control: Grab doesn't recognize the building drop off location yet and will suggest a spot close by. Not a huge issue. Most of the time, the drivers understood where we wanted to go.
