Staying at Joe's place was incredibly convenient for my short stay. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Joe was also very responsive and helpful, making the entire experience even better. Highly recommend!

Joe was a great host! Responded well and quick to questions and concerns before the stay, gave great recommendations, very friendly and approachable. The place was clean and ready for us and I did not have a single issue the entire trip. Would 100% recommend to others!

Neighborhood was a bit on the noisier side but otherwise the place was very nice.

Very nice apartment in old town. There are some good restaurants, bakeries, and other small shops nearby and within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The host was responsive and very friendly. No complaints. I would stay here again.

On a five day Civil War trip to visit sites associated with the last 9 months of the war. Just very special to stay in the Wallace House because of its association with Lincoln and Grant. You can almost feel the history. Very convenient to the Petersburg National Battlefield from City Point to Five Forks. Very pleasant drive to Appomattox. The town of Petersburg and the house itself, because of continuing renovation, need a little TLC, but all-in-all, a very memorable stay. We had a little difficulty entering the house as we missed the entry pad and tried to gain entrance by the lock box on the rear door - totally our fault!!

This is a comfortable home that is close to everything we wanted to get to.

We have stayed at many AirBandBs across the US. This stay was different as it wasn't for a getaway; rather, we were in the process of moving to Central Virginia and needed to stay for 3+ months while our new place was being built. Ben's place was perfect for that! It isn't huge, but it was just right. We had everything we needed for an extended stay from kitchen equipment to easy internet to linens and more. His home is very convenient to anything and everything! Our dog LOVED the fenced back yard (he is too little for the doggie door, but it was available to him) and the perfect fenced park only a block away. Ben bent over backwards to accommodate our day-early arrival, and the extra days we needed when our house hadn't been completed. He was right on top of anything we needed over time - great communication during our 3 months. Ben's place was the perfect choice for us.

Roilana's place was clean and perfectly matched with everything she said it to be. Roilana was very friendly and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Thank you for welcoming us in your home, I would definitely stay again!

This was a very relaxing to place to stay. It was spacious and open. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. It is a perfect place for a few adults to stay. It is close to my son. We invited him to “check it out”. It is the location that he will recommend his out of town guest to stay. We will stay here again!

This location was VERY well stocked! Kitchen appliances, plenty of toiletry supplies and trash bags. Very responsive host. Great Stay!

Visiting the city to attend a symphony performance; this location couldn't have been better (literally across the street)! Condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, safe and well-equipped with everything we needed. This host goes above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here!

Had a great stay at JT & Katherine's apartment. It is a cute place and the Carytown location is excellent! I was able to walk to so many stores, restaurants, and coffee shops right around the corner. I would highly recommend this unit!

We were very happy this house. The front access to the 2nd floor leads to the 2 bedrooms & full bath.We did not realize until lugging all of our stuff to the 2nd floor that the 1st floor and remaining living area was accessible from the rear entrance near the parking (our mistake!). The only negative for us was the water pressure, but that is not something controlled by the host. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean and clutter free. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. The coffee and cream in the refrigerator was great.

The location was excellent. There was plenty to explore just within walking distance of the AirBnb on Broad Street, and we were never much more than 10 minutes' drive from anywhere in the city that we wanted to go. Parking is paid, but it's not expensive. You can tell that the building is older, but the condo is nice and resembles the pictures. The washer/dryer and full kitchen was excellent to have. My only note is that check in is between 3 and 6 pm, so you may have to time your arrival. I enjoyed my stay here, and would stay again.
