Kristin's home was perfect for our quick visit to Richmond/VCU. The location was excellent, the space was clean and comfortable, and Kristin was accommodating and made the entire process completely painless. I highly recommend this Airbnb, and we would book again without hesitation.

Quiet area with a huge yard that your dog will love! Home was clean with ample parking for heavy duty pick up which is always a plus. I would stay again.

best airbnb experience in a while and we stay airbnb a lot. everything was as described or better. only thing I would change is the clutter. there is honestly too much of everything. too many kitchen supplies, too many towels and sheets. made using cabinet space/dressers difficult for a longer stay. otherwise, so easy, thoughtful, quiet, pleasant, and extremely comfortable. definitely pet friendly. there was some dog hair on the couch and some cat scratches on the upholstery, but since we were traveling with a dog and two cats, those details honestly just put us more at ease and the couch was an easy vacuum. would absolutely book again if in the area traveling with pets. Just steps from the beautiful Maymont Park, which we visited several times during our stay. very comfy furniture. very responsive hosts. washer and dryer are well stocked (even though we brought our own soap, etc.) tons of great delivery options. quiet neighbors. really a gem.

Staying in Richmond and needed a place to rest in the few moments during our trip that we had down time. John is a wonderful communicator and was very helpful and kind. We have already saved the listing info for any future visits. Wonderful stay.

Had a great stay with our 2 kids, dog and 2 cats! Lots of places to eat nearby and a backyard for the dog to use when needed.

Great little spot that was halfway between our place in Ontario and our destination in Florida. We had the choice of staying at a hotel for slightly cheaper but I am glad that we stayed here instead. There was a nice spacious yard for our dogs and the apartment itself was part of a really cool older house! The bed was comfortable.

Great little house right on the lake! House was clean and very comfortable. It’s a little bit of a walk to the dock but you can see the water from the house which was awesome. Dock was great for hanging out day and night. Wish the water was deeper. Not ideal for swimming but great if you have a float. Water was probably about 4 feet and the ground was pretty mucky. Just a heads up that this isn’t the type of place where you can jump off the dock and swim. Nice for little ones to swim in though! All in all, we loved our stay! Host was very responsive too.

This home was just lovely. Super comfortable and perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. Trampoline was a huge plus! Directly across the street from a large park and a very very quick drive (could have walked) to restaurants and shops. Hosts were very responsive, flexible and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Would definitely stay here again! Perfect spot for a week of exploring the city. Large, comfortable space with thoughtful amenities. The location was nearby many convenient hot spots, while being removed enough to be quiet from street noise. Cherrie was kind and responsive, making the entire stay easy!

Winston was communicative and open to a booking on short notice. This is a solid place to spend a night if you have doggos and need something quick and easy.

I cannot say enough good things about Heather and my stay in Chesterfield. I live about 30 minutes away and wanted to do something special for my daughter's 10th birthday with her friends. When I found Heather’s listing and the heated pool, I had to have it. This was a weekend we will cherish for a lifetime! Heather was very flexible with check-in and allowed me to decorate the space although it was already beautiful. Anything I needed, she was very responsive with. I cannot wait to share photos as well as come back for a stay in the summer!

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

Regan and Mark have a great location - easy walking distance to local bars and restaurants. The place was clean and spacious - perfect weekend getaway!

Such a great experience staying at Katie’s place! Everything was so clean and well thought out. We brought our dogs and they absolutely loved playing in the outdoor little fenced dog park—the perfect place for pets. Super cozy and accommodating. Will definitely stay again when we go back to colonial heights

Katie’s place was a home away from home when we were displaced due to the LA fires. She not only was incredibly kind, helping us with accommodation and giving us supplies to last our stay after we had to extend. She was also very personable and made us feel safe. The home was cozy, from the large tv, to the comfy memory foam beds and the beautiful outdoor seating area.. it truly was a 10 out of 10 experience for my family. Our pets loved the yard and the room to move around in the home. Truly we cannot wait to stay with Katie again when we are vacationing to see family in the future!

I stayed here with my son for an extended weekend, mostly just to escape the chaos of life for a few days. The cabin is beautiful and I have nothing negative to say about the experience. I will definitely come back to this place when I need to escape life again! And, when I did have questions, Amelia was very quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here!

This place was absolutely beautiful for our short stay! the host was very flexible for us when we needed to get in early which we highly appreciated! I recommended them and hope to come back at sometime.
