Vacation rentals with a patio in Dillon

Fantastic location, walkable to town and the chairlift. View of the mtns is beautiful. Condo easily fit all 6 of us. Vanessa was proactive in letting us know the hot tub got messed up from the last folks staying there and told us where we could use the other hot tubs in the complex. She aslo gave us the directions to the closest chairlift. Would definitely stay there again.

Ski in and ski out nice place for a family of 3. Close to slopes and restaurants.

Great spot to enjoy a mountain vacation. Super close to downtown Breck and tubing hill, and easy enough to take the free bus to the slopes. Maria was a great host.

Michael's place far exceeded my expectations of the place. The view, the space in the apartment, the amenities, everything was stellar. And it was conveniently located near Arapahoe Basin, where we were skiing. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect! And the laundry in the building was free! a nice plus!

Great small place to stay for Winter ski vacation. Very clean and recently renovated apartment which is perfect size for a couple. Also 3 people stay no problem. Ski shuttle was conveniently nearby. We used our own car only to get groceries. Theodora was excellent with all communication. We liked. Thank you!

Mary did a great job of communicating ahead of time and getting the condo ready for our stay. She provided everything we needed, including a water dish for our dog. We ate most meals at the nearby restaurants but still used the microwave for a quick bite. The condo was a nice choice for our small family.

The host, Emma, was exceptionally responsive, answering our questions within a short time, and was super accommodating. The condo is close to Vail - you can see the slopes (Lionshead Village) from the front porch. There is parking directly in front of the unit. The free shuttle is close to the condo and easy to use. The shuttle drops off at the base of Vail Village. The Unit itself was very clean. The kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was open to the living room with a nice fireplace that heated the unit quickly. There was plenty of storage for skis and bags. The bedroom was large and comfortable. We had a fantastic time staying at this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was just as described. Perfect base location for time in Leadville and skiing. My husband was able to work remotely while I went skiing. Great view of the mountains from the apartment. Thank you!

Loved this house and highly recommend! Stayed for a ski trip with our family of five (3 teenage sons). Great location in newly developed Railyard just a couple of blocks from Highway 24. Minutes from downtown and within eyesight of Safeway. Less than 15-minute drive to Ski Cooper. The layout of the house is great for a family. Entry level has a living room with TV and seating for all 5 of us, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedroom with bunk bed. Upper level had a bathroom and bedroom with desk workstation. Lower level had a bathroom, bedroom and second living room with couches, TV and desk with workstation. The kitchen was one of the best I’ve ever had in a rental. I’m a cook and the gas stove was great. Pots and pans were great and there was plenty of dishes/cutlery. We had a minor issue when we checked in and the owner Tim responded immediately and not only fixed the problem but treated us to dinner, way above and beyond. The house was great, and Tim was great. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and his home! This was the ideal stay for three couples in town for a short skiing weekend. The house was very clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed including plenty of dishes and towels. The community has a nice trail you can use to walk to nearby restaurants. We are all looking forward to staying here for our next ski trip!

The cabin looked exactly like the photos, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect—just 8 to 10 minutes from both downtown and the ski resort parking, where you catch the gondola. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was a huge plus after a full day of skiing. The only minor drawback was having just one bathroom, which occasionally required a short wait, but with only three of us staying, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!

Great place, great location, feels miles away but so close to breck. Of note - there is one full bath (two sinks) shared between master and kid room. Half bath off kitchen.

Wow, we were super impressed with Tyler's beautiful condo. Only disappointed we couldn't stay longer for this quick trip to Breckenridge. Everything was updated, clean, and had welcoming decor. We have family in the area and have stayed at several different AirBnbs. Pricing, location, and overall set-up of this one is the best we have seen! Didnt feel dated or steril like no one lives there. Fresh flowers were a nice touch, and really liked not having to pick up keys elsewhere (like many in the area do). Welcome binder had helpful information too for accessing hot tubs etc. I hope we can stay here for our future trips!

Tucker was so friendly and prompt to respond to all my questions. The house is beautiful and had the best view of main street and the mountains. We really appreciated everything and would 100% recommend tuckers place!

This townhouse with an attached garage and supplied garage door opener was perfect to get out of the storm after a day on the surrounding mountains. The garage has 4 open lockers and board holders that I found very convenient to hang all of my stuff up. I would definitely stay here again.

It was our second time at Sarah's place. We came back because the location is very convenient, just few minutes from gondola, and also there is a hiking trail on the other side of the street where we walked our dog every day. The place is cozy and comfortable with all necessary utensils for cooking. Sarah and Eric are very nice and were available all the time. We loved our stay and will be happy to come back again.

The location of this unit was perfect for walking into town, and just a short walk to the snowflake lift. You can ski-in across the street from the building from 4 o’clock run. The unit itself was well appointed. It’s a little run down, as are many places in ski towns, but the price matched the quality of the unit. I’d recommend this unit.

Amanda was a great host. The condo was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space for us to gather. We walked right to the gondola to get us on the hill. And it was great that we could snowboard off the hill and then only walk a short distance back to condo.

Great find of a place centrally located to multiple ski resorts. This is our go to place for skiing in Colorado and looking forward to coming back next year!

A clean, comfortable condo with pristine views. It’s conveniently located and easy to find. There is a little noise from the road below, but it’s not overwhelming.

This condo is perfect for 4! Could easily do 6 too. The place had such a personal feel which made it so comfortable and cozy. It is up to date, very clean and organized. Centrally located. Beautiful views. Great covered porch. We enjoyed the record player in the morning having coffee! Will definitely stay here again. Next time hope to have more time to just enjoy the space.
