It is easy to walk around in the Midding area. It's a vacant lot right in front of you, but it's not noisy. If Midding is Korean town, this place across the street has a little more local feel. We have everything you need. The bed was clean and the kitchen utensils were all well equipped. The cooling worked well. It wasn't luxurious, but it was perfect for the price. Thank you.

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

Mai was a great host. She answered all questions and concerns promptly both before check-in and during our stay. When we arrived a few things were not as pictured or promised, and she had the staff correct them faster than one would think possible. On the downside, the promised view of "All rooms feature big window with stunning view over West Lake and beautiful landscape" was not true. The bedroom window looked out over a side street that was fine. But the living room/dining area had a view of a roof directly abutting the window, with a large water tank on top and then construction. There was no view of a lake or any landscape. The noise from the construction was bothersome at times, but never in the evening, so if you are out all day it would not be an issue. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

good location with good price. the house is big, plus a small balcony. close to the lake about 7mins walk this area is more high-end and not so many bikes if you are scared of the Vietnamese traffic

Staying in this place was a fever dream! Check-in was easy as Nguyen will be sending out clear instructions before you come. The place was only a 20-30 minute ride to Old Quarter. Would love to stay here again!

Loved the apartment, very premium feel, very clean and quiet place, with a nice comfortable bed :). Whilst I travelled by myself I intend to come back with the family. Value for money wise its well worth it, feels like you are staying in a 5 star hotel room rather than AirBNB. Communication is great from Veque no issues finding the place, along with access in and out. Very much enjoyed my stay :)

I really enjoyed my stay at Giao's apartment. I quickly felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen, AC, clothes washer and drying area on the roof. Probably my favorite part of all was the neighborhood. It has a local and authentic feel. Not at all touristic, yet still fairly short walking distance to the center of the old town. The produce market nearby was very interesting. There was good local food and coffee in the neighborhood. Everything was great.

Second visit in two years and the space is as pristine as my first. Very responsive host and beautiful space with fast ac unit. The location is very close to some outstanding restaurants and cafes.

Very good options for this area of Hanoi. The room is cheap and it’s very good option for this price. It’s nice overall and the checkin was easy. No ants or bugs inside which I’ve seen in a lot of other buildings in Hanoi, so this is definitely somewhere I recommend. I had to leave Hanoi early but when I go back I’ll stay here again for sure.

The place is as described, quite nice, the lighting can be improved it kinda get's dark in the night and there aren't much bright lights

Min's place was great! it is close to all the main touristy thing and lots of great food. It was also the most comfortable bed i slept on during my month long trip through Vietnam. Min was also nice and very responsive if i had any questions or issues i needed help with!

Nice place, can recommend it. However: The landlord ask me to pay extra for electricity when I check out. Even if it not were mentioned in the contract. She wanted 50 USD for that.

Bed was super comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. Just perfect. Bathroom clean and spacious. Good pressure in the shower. Kitchenette had proper knife 😄👌 hotels rarely do. Some pots, pans, plates etc. Really quiet room. All in all super nice... Recommend because of location.

This place is awesome and affordable! It’s clean, very spacious, has plenty of storage, and includes all the basic necessities, plus a laundromat and a heated toilet. The host is very accommodating and easily fulfills my small requests. I truly appreciate it and want to thank you so much for that.

great studio size room. comfy bed. and quiet street

We stayed here for 3 weeks. Location is very convenient because it is a quiet neighbourhood and still pretty close to old quarter and close to many restaurants and everything you need. What we loved is the spaciousness of the apartment and the security guard, who is very friendly and helpful and was smiling all the time we were passing by! Also the cleaning service is great. The things that we didn't like was the mattress which was very hard and uncomfortable for us, but that is a personal preference I think. Some of the cookware would use an upgrade. Also our arrival was a bit confusing because in the listing there is a wrong address so be aware and check the address that is in the host description. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it! Snow is a great host and she was very helpful and she was responding very quickly to all our messages. Everything we asked for was solved in no time.
