Lovely house, centrally located and it had a nice old charm to it. Perfect for the explorer types who like to be on the move. Also the host handled all our day trips and made all the arrangements which made our lives easier. Really thankful to Hoàn for arranging this. The tour company and guides were really nice and friendly as well. Would highly recommend especially for big groups.

It is easy to walk around in the Midding area. It's a vacant lot right in front of you, but it's not noisy. If Midding is Korean town, this place across the street has a little more local feel. We have everything you need. The bed was clean and the kitchen utensils were all well equipped. The cooling worked well. It wasn't luxurious, but it was perfect for the price. Thank you.

Beautiful place with a perfect location. With Uber's being about 1 USD per trip, this location was perfect for the price. You get so much for how much it costs and it is just great.

Duong's place looks exactly as pictured. There's a lot of natural light. Host and building staff are always available, friendly, and accommodating. Blackout curtains or blinds for the huge bedroom window (which I love during the day) would make the apartment even more comfortable.

There was a perfectly confort place. Host and her family(especially her father) was very kind to me. If I go to Hanoi again, I would like to stay there again. She recommanded me the taxi to the airport more cheaper than Uber. The house keeper was very kinldy also.

The place is great for people on business trip because it's so convenient with many authentic vietnamese restaurants around since early morning until mid-night. You can't walk to Guom Lake but easily to get a taxi or grab to the lake with around 2 usd cost. The apartment is spacious with 2 big bedrooms, 1 bath and a big dinning room + kitchen. The towels are a little bit old since they are in dark brown color, so I recommend you to bring your own towel or buy a new one at nearby stores. The building has 24/7 security guard + camera system in the elevator which helps travellers feel so safe. If you need anything else, feel free to ask the room helper or the host or the security guard, they are very helpful. You can do laundry by yourself or room cleaner will help you because they have several washing machine and dryer insude the building. In 2020 I stayed here for 5 months during covid time and now I returned for 5 days. I will definitely pick this building next time I visit Hanoi.

Was a great place to stay. Between upper West Lake and the Old Quarter the apartment is in an ideal location.

The apartment was great, comfortable and cozy with everything you need. Communication and instructions were easy and simple. Very well located. The only thing which was not the apartment’s fault, there’s right behind a night club which we could hear the subwofers very close until 2:30AM.

If you have to go in Hanoi, you must go in Tru's house. He is the best you can find. It was my second time in Tru's place and I will come again for sure.

Enthusiastic host. Nice. Clean house. What's in the house is also best for you who are addicted to kitchenware and utensils like us. Comfortable blankets and a sofa. The corner with objects in the house can live virtual anywhere😍. Walking down is the mall. Along both sides of the road, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are delicious. I find it a great fit for business travelers or a large team. Compared to the types of apartments in Hanoi, I find it the best here. Super utility.

The place is in excellent condition, Times city has everything you need from shops, restaurants to beauty salon. Quy is also very helpful and nothing was difficult during my 3 nights stay!

Mai was a great host. She answered all questions and concerns promptly both before check-in and during our stay. When we arrived a few things were not as pictured or promised, and she had the staff correct them faster than one would think possible. On the downside, the promised view of "All rooms feature big window with stunning view over West Lake and beautiful landscape" was not true. The bedroom window looked out over a side street that was fine. But the living room/dining area had a view of a roof directly abutting the window, with a large water tank on top and then construction. There was no view of a lake or any landscape. The noise from the construction was bothersome at times, but never in the evening, so if you are out all day it would not be an issue. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.
