Monthly Rentals in Derwood

This was a great place for my sister and I to stay at while visiting relatives in the Maryland area. The living area and kitchen had plenty of room, and parking and access were very simple. The neighboring was walkable, including to a few restaurants and a brewery. The owner was great in terms of communication and check-in/out details. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My month-long stay was perfect-and I have high standards! The location was beautiful, walkable, and felt like a special vacation. The apartment was clean, comfortable, safe, and had everything I needed. I was there to work, yet it was a lovely holiday nonetheless. Communication with the hosts was respectful and responsive. The bed was very comfortable and the whole apartment was well-equipped. Highly recommended! You will be fortunate if you can book this exceptional Airbnb.

I had a perfect month's stay with Angie and Tom. They are the quintessential AirBnB hosts who were the first to reach out, gave clear directions for checking in (as they were on a trip themselves when I arrived), gave out Tom's mom's phone number as a just-in-case (which I needed to use!), etc. They are super friendly and we shared some good convos and laughs, yet they also gave me my space without intrusions. Their dog, Rosie, has their personality for she, too, is super friendly and comes around to my door by for pets and doggy snacks. The apartment is separated from their kitchen by a door and has its own washer/dryer and kitchenette. The bed is comfortable and clean and the shower has good water pressure. The only hiccup in this stay has been that Google Maps doesn't read the address well enough, especially if you arrive at night or order a ride. It is the house with the white picket fence/gate. :-)
