Absolutely stunning little private house! Would go again

We had an amazing stay at Michael's cottage! Ann was absolutely fantastic, she greeted us with a freshly baked cake and fresh eggs from her own hens and she made sure we always had enough turf and helped us light the fire during this particularly cold spell. The cottage is warm and cosy and perfect in every detail and it's so homely we found it extremely hard to get off the comfy couch by the fire and get out to explore the beautiful surroundings, the stunning views from our windows constantly tempting us! Thank you so much, we will definitely come back!

I had such a lovely stay in the writers cabin! There is so much to do locally, with Westport town and the coast just a short drive away, and yet the cabin itself is extremely peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was fully equipped, which was important as I was cooking a lot, and the cabin was very warm and well heated (I stayed in December-January). Thanks for a brilliant writers retreat!

Kevin was easy to communicate with and we arrived to warm welcome. The house is set in a stunning location with beautiful and expansive views of the mountains down the west coast of Ireland. The living / dining area is spacious, cosy and full of light - a lovely place to return to after touring the island for the day!
