Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Derbyshire

A wonderful stay in the cottage! Perfectly dog friendly, excellent enclosed garden. Hot tub was ready for use and the log burner was beautiful. Jennie was easy to contact and very helpful when needed. Will definitely look to stay again, highly recommend!!

We had a great stay and Lydia was an excellent host, I don't think we could fault a thing! Super friendly and flexible regarding check in and out times, the location and accommodation itself was beautiful and we had everything we needed. Getting into the hot tub every evening (and some mornings!) was luxurious when having busy outdoor days, and the breakfast items provided were an absolute blessing in saving us from going shopping once we arrived. Thank you so much and we'd love to come back!

Sally’s house was spotless, with great quality furnishings and very welcoming! The welcome hamper with Prosecco, cookies and muffins was a lovely touch. The hot tub and games room made it very easy to keep ourselves and the kids entertained when we were in the house. The house is within a lovely modern estate, but you don’t notice it as it offers lovely views. Sally was very responsive too. Location-wise, the house was within close distance to various local attractions and walks. I would definitely recommend it!

We had an absolutely great few days here. We booked with some friends and we all really enjoyed it. The day before we arrived it had snowed so everything looked amazing. Having the log fire to use was really nice and got the house really cosy. I would definitely stay here again

A lovely place to stay in a great location. We were caught in really bad weather but were easily able to stay entertained and happy. Quiet and peaceful but with easy access to amenities by car. We all loved the hot tub - it helped us to warm up on a cold winter morning. Strongly recommend for a family get together .

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pear tree lodge. The check in was easy, and the instructions made it very easy to find. The location was brilliant for getting into the peaks. The house was well equipped and the hot tub was lovely. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

“The Jungle” was absolutely amazing. Beautifully clean, fantastic facilities and amenities. The hot tub was the cherry on the cake and we will 100% be booking this place again! Hopefully every Christmas as a tradition. The hosts were friendly and had thought of everything. We can’t thank you enough for making our stay so perfect.

Everything about this place was perfect. Beautiful location & beautiful accomodation. Greeted on check in by Caroline, very friendly and helpful, showed us around the accomodation and were everything was. The Lodge was spotlessly clean, well equipped and everything so well thought out. The beds were exceptionally comfy also. Location very lovely and peaceful. Gorgeous welcome pack on arrival which was a lovely gesture. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Exceeded our expectations and exactly as described on the listing. If you fancy a secluded house in a scenic location, this is the place. Lots of places to hike locally with great views and no need to drive. Would highly recommend and I have a feeling we’ll be back. Anna was very friendly and responsive. Thanks so much!

I had a lovely stay with my partner for his birthday in December 2024. The hosts, Hannah and Linda, were friendly and responsive, and even left us some wine and chocolates! The lodge itself was very clean and cosy. You can use Netflix and there’s a fridge and cooking amenities if you want to stay in.The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was great. The lodge itself is about 15/20 mins walk or 8 minute drive to the main high street and we went to the Dog & Patridge for dinner, which was delicious and came recommended by the hosts. Overall, a lovely stay and we are already planning our next trip. Thank you x

A lovely cabin, perfect for a group trip away. Had everything in the cabin we needed for our stay and a special thanks to Watson for helping us settle in and ensuring the hot tub was hot for our arrival.

Was a lovely quiet few days away. Hot tub was a treat. Plenty of nice restaurants around. Matlock and Bakewell was worth the visits. Luke was polite and helpful would visit again.

Great location, perfect for a quaint, private getaway with the hot tub overlooking a beautiful view. Katie was a great host, leaving a lovely bottle of Prosecco and some snacks for us. The cabin was cozy and warm, perfect after a day of walking.

We had THE most perfect stay at Tilly Lodge. It was pure luxury! Every single detail was taken care of, perfume, hair bobbles, yoghurts left for us! Christmas music and decs perfcet for our arrival. We will 1000% return and recommend to all. The interior was to die for! So clean, so comfy, gorgeous views. Thank you Sam! x
