Luxury newly converted oak cottage

ConnieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great stay at Sam’s place for a friends holiday, the cottage was spacious for 8 of us plus one infant with plenty of parking available. The surroundings are beautiful and there were some lovely walks directly from the cottage. Sam was really responsive to any questions we had. We also organised a grocery food delivery for our arrival which worked really well so would recommend to others too! The hot tub was excellent and the cottage felt very private considering the buildings around it. Would highly recommend so thank you! ☺️

Hot Tub, Indoor Pool & Hay Loft Near Alton Towers

KarenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a great 2 day stay, were made very welcome and everything explained perfectly. The kids really enjoyed the pool, however, the hot tub location is around a very windy corner and away from the house, so we didn't use it. The location is definitely a place to totally relax and unwind with lots of space to enjoy just being together with family or friends. The kitchen facilities were fantastic, everything you could ever need! Even a lovely home made cake for our arrival. Host was readily available to answer any questions and advice regarding places to visit. Clean towels and pool towels were provided beds and linen were of good quality and very comfortable. We will definitely consider another visit.

Rocking Stone Cottage - Idyllic Rural Retreat

RoyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Rachael has a top AirBnB rating because her place is superbly located and thoughtfully set-up. The cottage is very light, spacious, super comfortable and clean, and has all that you could want for a relaxing stay. Standout details are the list of walks and places to eat and drink, the views from the house, the really well equipped kitchen – and not forgetting Rachael’s greeting with a tin of home baked brownies, 2 ponies and 2 dogs! And the stag with antlers running in the next field… We will be booking our next stay at Rachael and Gerry’s cottage soon and hope to book the neighbouring Stables Cottage and superb looking cabin too for a visit with family.

We had an amazing stay here. The cabin was beautiful and the extra touches that Hannah left for us were really thoughtful. Hannah was always happy to help anytime we text her. The pub down the road was lovely we had a great night in there. The hot tub was brilliant too. We cant wait to rebook again as we had such a brilliant time. Thanks Hannah 😊

Dog-friendly Critchlow Cottage in Earl Sterndale

MartinRating, 5 stars5 months ago
An amazing few days away, the cottage nice and warm, spotlessly clean, tranquil and the tonic we both needed, the EV charger a winner, made it so easy as we got back each night to charge, beautiful location with great onsite amenities, a little community and close to all the places we wanted to visit, Bakewell, Ashbourne, Matlock, Chatsworth - kitchen had all the mod-cons and although we didn’t use the honesty shop, well stocked for the items you’ve forgot - a big thankyou, hope to return, next time we’ll have more time to climb the mountain !

We really enjoyed our stay here in Holymoorside. It really is a lovely, peaceful place and we had absolutely everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy. The owners were very friendly and helpful. This is a great place for walks and this is one of our favourite things to do. This is a top quality place to stay and one of the best AirBnbs we have stayed in. Highly recommended.
