It’s a short walk to the beach and the store/ market in town as some great sandwiches, food, coffee etc. The space itself was spotless and perfect for a weekend trip. Book it! You won’t regret it.

What a unique and special place! My school aged kids and I loved this. Aside from the rare train rumbling by, it was remarkably and refreshingly peaceful. All the fun of camping but with no hassle, amazing amenities, quiet, and SO comfortable. We did an excursion to the swimming pool in Newport for showers after our sandy beach excursion but I was surprised how easy it was to get a little hot water for face washing and dishwashing right in the boat. Chad and Suzanne wrote wonderfully clear instructions on how to do all the things in this amazing little hideaway.

We got lucky and had incredible weather for our weekend getaway. The location was perfect. Pet friendly stay! They had extra poop bags handy and dog biscuits. Nice touch! Loved that the lawn was right around the corner for our dog to relieve himself. Everything was pristine and matched the pictures and description of the place. Beautiful views of the bay. Absolutely wonderful and would come back again!!

Great location and plenty of room for everyone to have space. The loft was great for two adult sons and a third in the bedroom downstairs. Great views from everywhere, beautiful kitchen. I also always appreciate a nice washer and dryer with all these guys. Master bedroom nice and quiet --except for the sea lions which are fun to listen to. I wish the weather had been better because the multiple outdoor spaces were great. Next time! We love being on the bayfront so this was perfect.
