We had a great time. Joe was really helpful and the site itself is so peaceful with a river running through. There were loads of logs provided which was great in January and meant everything was comfortable. Can definitely recommend and we will be returning!!!

Fantastic stay! Eric's view is a beautiful place to stay! The place was spotless, the hot tub and sauna was wonderful. Bryan was super helpful. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. I booked here for a quiet night with my partner for her birthday and we was not disappointed. Beautiful surroundings and a nice cosy cabin and the outside jet bath was amazing. Will definitely stay hete again cat made sure everything was clean and tidy and was very active to messages. Thank you very much. Ian and Kelsey

Me & my partner stayed here for 2 nights in December for the new year. We had the most amazing stay, on arrival Sam showed us to our cabin and showed us how all of the amenities worked including the hot tub, smart TV. The area is beautiful - there is a lot of restaurants within the area that are accessible by car, it’s also around a 30 minute drive to Chester centre where we spent the day and loved it. The site is so peaceful and quiet and is a great place to go to relax. We absolutely loved our stay, we were sad to leave and already cannot wait to book our next stay! Thank you so much for an amazing couple of days 🌳💚

We had such a gorgeous stay at the Loki hut - the hut itself is fantastic and is actually very spacious. The hosts have thought of everything and we had a wonderful stay! We are looking forward to coming back as we stayed in February and we just know the hut will be even more gorgeous in the summer weather… and to top it off, there’s alpacas on site! We have just come back from a one night stay. The pod was lovely, cosy and clean. The beds were super comfy and the log burner kept us toasty warm. The hot tub was perfect. We would definitely book again. Thank you.

The chicken shed is a perfect place to get away and unwind. Peaceful and relaxing. Samantha has gone the extra mile by ensuring you have plenty of logs for the fire, washing up materials, salt, pepper and bits that some places miss. This makes it extra special. The hot tub and bath are a real treat.

Really lovely place, cabin was beautiful and really clean. So peaceful, and in a beautiful area. The trees and river were a lovely touch. Great place to get away for peace and quiet. Can’t wait to come back! 5 star all around

Lovely weekend away - so peaceful and quiet on the water. The hut was gorgeous and finished so nicely with great attention to detail. The kitchen was really well equipped despite only being small. Overall a gem of a place I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Good location, easy access, great value

We had the best host, she was so helpful with questions, very personal approachable and informative. The lodge was perfect in every way imaginable, spotless and homely. We arrived at night in the dark it was so peaceful, we woke to see the stunning, amazing views around us with sheep just outside our balcony. The Facilities onsite are more than enough, the furniture is comfortable and clean, the hot tub is modern and luxurious. The local Village is approximately 20 mins drive (slow drive) it was like last of the summer wine and picture postcard, with small shops, pubs and a lovely chippy. A must visit is the waterfall, it’s very romantic and perfect for moments of reflection. Our happy moments were, driving along the road whilst wild sheep and pheasants go about their business whilst approaching a natural waterfall, it doesn't come any more perfect. You couldn't want more from a home to relax for a full holiday or to come back to after a day exploring, we will be back.

We loved spending a couple of nights in the tranquility of Laura’s place - this cabin was more than what we needed. Spacious, warm, had all the essentials and lots of personality ! Our dogs were very happy and welcomed and enjoyed watching the cows in the distance at the farm ! Far reaching views of open meadows and a lovely outdoor seating area for us to enjoy- laura made us feel very welcome and attentive to anything we needed it was very much appreciated :) Nice to have some peaceful days & nights here and venture out to some local walking spots. Just a heads up for those coming with dogs; outdoor spaces isn’t fully fenced and they do need to stay on lead due to being a working farm ( not a problem for us was quiet enough and our dogs didn’t mind as still plenty to walk around) Thank you so much ! Simon's summer house cabin is in a very secluded location at the rear of his large garden and is probably the quietest place we have ever stayed in. Located on a beautiful part of the Wirral coast very close to the Dee estuary and within short distance of Parkgate, West Kirby and Chester as well as being very accessible to Liverpool.

We had a great stay. Great location, beautiful dog walks and overall very peaceful.

Maureen's self contained accommodation is exactly as described and was perfect for our visit to the area. Badger Cabin is immaculately clean everywhere, has calming decor and all comforts catered for! Spacious bedroom and large modern bathroom, and well supplied area to make drinks and eat breakfast/supper. Maureen is a friendly and welcoming host and the location is very quiet and restful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Had a two night stay here and it was more than we could have asked for. Elen was lovely enough to give the room some decorations for my boyfriend’s birthday which was a lovely gesture. Amazing lodge, which was immaculate with gorgeous views and a lovely hot tub which was ready from the minute we arrived and made the lodge worth every penny. Elen was an amazing host who even gave us ideas of what to do while in the area and places to eat. I would definitely recommend and definitely return.

What an absolutely incredible place to stay. Such a peaceful area and a cool place to stay. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay from all cooking equipment, towels, bedding, games and even hot water bottles. There was some really kind touches even for our little dog. Overall a fantastic place which I would love to return to one day!

Lovely night away for my daughter and her friend. Lovely quiet location, clean & tidy and stunning surroundings.

We had a lovely and relaxing weekend away staying in the pod. The pod was more spacious than we had expected, with comfortable room for all three of us and was beautifully done out and in immaculate condition! The private hot tub was great and we loved the addition of robes - it felt like we were on a mini spa break! We’ve already spoken about rebooking!

We had a lovely holiday here . The cabin was lovely and so was the hot tub! Apart from a few very minor issues that were dealt with , we were really pleased and it was definitely good value for money . its a great base to go off and explore North Wales with most attractions and beauty spots within an hour! I'd definitely recommend staying here! Staff were also friendly and helpful at all times and the site was very peaceful throughout the day and night.

Great place for a getaway. very comfy and homy cabin. Very friendly host, she allowed us a late checkout. Do come prepared for heating and lighting if you are a night person like me and my friends.
