Love staying here with my kids. They enjoy the beach and pool. I enjoy surfing! The bed and pull out sofa are very comfortable. I personally appreciate tons of hooks to hang up wet stuff. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Our second stay here and we will certainly be back. It’s a great place and we felt right at home! Location cannot be beat - near the beach and the village.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Stunning view, excellent location, and peaceful surroundings. We felt right at home and loved all of the thoughtful touches throughout the condo. Would highly recommend staying here; we definitely hope to be back!

Hard to find the HOA office upon first visit, but once you check in with security it was very easy. Great location, nice unit for an older complex, and prime area extremely close to the beach. Key pick up and drop off was simple, however the parking for this specific unit is very very tight. Thankfully our rental car was small, but it was between a support column and the wall. We loved that that they had chairs, beach equipment and towels available. We had a great stay and would recommend this unit for your stay in Oceanside. Conveniently located to Legoland (15 mins w/ traffic) and very close to some very excellent restaurants.

Abraham was a great host. Excellent communication. The place was wonderful and just steps to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. We were told the place came with multiple boogie boards, there was only one there when we arrived. I messaged Abraham to let him know and within a couple hours he had delivered 2 more boogie boards for us. Very proactive and excellent! The resort area pools/hot tubs and other amenities were very nice also.

The house was the perfect size for our group (two adults, two teens). The backyard was lush with mature plants, which made it feel very private, and the pool was bigger than we expected it to be. The house itself was clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The house was a quick drive from everywhere we went in Oceanside. The bathroom off the primary bedroom was a bit small, but manageable. Katie was a great host and I would stay here again!

Great space in an awesome location. Right next to the beach and within walking distance to the harbor and the strand. We stayed here for Oceanside's Ironman 70.3 and it was perfect for that. The accommodations were clean and there were a lot of nice little touches. The host was very responsive. Would love to stay here again in the future.

This is a very spacious, tastefully appointed condo in a nice oceanfront complex. The kids spent hours in the heated pool and the beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc) made days at the beach a breeze!

Gemma's place was incredible! Close to everything you could ask for in PB. Gemma was a wonderful host! Very accessible and willing to do anything to make your stay a great one. We even had a slight WIFI issue and she personally came over and resolved it quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Also the hot tub and golf cart were a blast!

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Our stay was fantastic! We had a great time and really enjoyed the ocean views, hot tub, and the family-friendly space. It was such a nice touch that they provided so many beach essentials — sand toys, a wagon, towels, and beach chairs — which made our beach days so much easier. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We hope to come back in the future!

Marc was very responsive when we showed up with a late check in and someone in our parking spot. Very helpful when you have a late check in with young children. He was very understanding as well as his assistant that is in charge of the rental property.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was exactly what we expected—clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for quality family time. The location was great, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable beach retreat.

Lovely place in an amazing location, with easy access directly to the bay and the beach a very short walk or bike. We were all out cycling the boardwalk on the bay and beach daily. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Richard!

Location, location, location! Encinitas and this little bungalow was the highlight of our stay. The views from the living room and deck are breath taking, not to mention the amazing sunsets. Insider tip: the moon sets are equally impressive. Brooke was a 5 star host. Would recommend anytime!

The Bee Hive was so cute. We had so much fun. We love Encinitas. We parked our full-size suv in the designated parking spot and didn’t use it the whole time we were there. We walked to the beach, we walked to get coffee in the mornings, we walked to shops and we even did d 2 different escape roomed on 2 different days. We can’t wait to go back!

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

Great location close to the water and walking distance to restaurants and lots to do. The parking was very convenient which I appreciated. The furniture was comfortable and the linens were clean. Lots of chairs and beach toys available for use as well. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience staying at Dan's place! It was clean, nicely decorated and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach where we had our coffee each morning. Dan was welcoming and responsive and the check-in process was easy. We appreciate how well the instructions were communicated. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Clarissa’s place! The location is unbeatable—just a row of houses away from the beach and conveniently close to the Village, restaurants, and Legoland. Clarissa is an incredible host, always responsive and attentive to anything we needed. The home itself is well-equipped with everything you could ask for. We only used one bedroom in the back, and the bed was very comfortable. The long driveway behind a small gate was a huge plus, easily fitting our GMC truck and a smaller SUV. This home is also great for larger groups, with plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to come back!

Millie’s place was at a perfect location walking distance to the beach, Millie was very helpful when needed. Would definitely come back. Sea world, the Marina and old town San Diego worked perfect for our stay.

Great place to stay at. In walking distance of the beach, and Carlsbad Village. Great place for a weekend getaway. Quiet neighborhood.
