Jacob's cabin was a wonderful getaway for our family to spend my wife's birthday. The cabin was super clean, extremely well put together, and just like the photos show! We were able to hike nearby at Desoto State Park which only took 15 minutes to get to. We would recommend this getaway to anyone looking to get some quiet time away!

We had the most incredible time staying here. Our sons are 4 and 6 and were absolutely amazed that we were staying in a school bus. It was perfect! We made smores in the fire pit the first night and spent our Saturday hiking and playing in Mentone. It rained on the second night and we watch a dvd and went to sleep to the sound of raindrops hitting the bus. A fun, restful getaway. Our kids can’t stop talking about how cool everything was.

Had a very relaxing time at Aften’s place. The peaceful setting plus the well-appointed space and proximity to hiking as well as to downtown Chattanooga made for an easy weekend getaway. I highly recommend staying here
