Great location

Everything was fine, I was pleased that I rented this place. The hotel is located above a huge shopping mall, just take the elevator down and you're already in it. Union metro station is about 200 meters away, which was pleasing. The rooms are clean, there is a shared kitchen, it would be great if there was a kettle in the room itself, but alas, it is only in the kitchen, I had to go there. In general, I recommend it)

Stayed here for almost 3 months and had a great experience! The host is extremely fast at communication, professional and very helpful. They were also flexible in helping me have the best check-in and check-out experience, whether it was luggage storage or later times, they tried their best to accommodate my needs. The flat itself is very spacious and nicely furnished equipped with everything one would need, I loved my time staying there long-term. The building has great facilities (pool, gym, view of the Burj, bbq area) and is very safe. The location was perfect as it is close to everything by car, the only downside I would say it's not walking distance therefore must use taxis/own car, but for me this was an advantage as there's hardly any traffic in this area despite being extremely close to centre. There's also a small grocery shop within the building which is very convenient. Overall, I had an amazing experience with this property and would definitely recommend. I will be back!
