Great place to stay! Very warm and welcoming family of hosts. Great amenities and services. Would definitely recommend. We had a wonderful experience. Although one thing to keep in mind is that the more lively and accessible part of Dal lake is a little bit away from the location.

We stayed at 3 different Airbnb properties on our trip to Kashmir. Mujtaba’s accommodation stood out in terms of accessibility, hospitality of the hosts, beauty of the property, coziness of the room during winter season & snowfall. 10/10 on every damn thing.

First of all Muzaffar is a respectful and extremely polite host…always available if one needs anything…his property is located around 1km from the main market and is on the edge of this peaceful village and is just beside a scenic river stream where you can spend quality time, also the food at his property was homely and delicious…he also guided us to do a small trek through the village to visit these wooden bridges that Pahalgam is famous for… I would suggest it to anyone who is curious about all of the above things… also love to Faiza ( Muzzafar’s cute toddler niece )..Thanks for hosting us ❤️

Nowsheen and her family made me feel right at home. Right from the point of my arrival at the airport, her husband was there waiting to receive me. I organised with him my out of town travels for sightseeing and other activities. He also dropped me off to the airport at the end of it all. I had no issues at all during the entire time that I stayed with Nowsheen's family. I took the large room with lounge, kitchenette and attached bathroom, upstairs. Apart from being a great host, Nowsheen is a great cook. She prepared and served some of the best selected dishes from their traditional Kashmiri Wazwan feast. I was fortunate to meet her two children, who are very cultured, welcoming and friendly. The early morning prayers from nearby mosques were soul enriching, something to be aware of, while in Srinagar and nearby locations, you will hear prayers from the Mosques during various set timings in the day. Overall, the best experience for me. I will definitely be back for more stays soon.
