Absolutely beautiful property. Fresh linens, great coffee, fire wood available , easy WiFi, clean hot tub, plenty of game options and a very bright natural light offered. Super private location close to Siren. Lock code issue was resolved within 10 minutes. Joni’s communication was really good. She agreed to a late checkout which I appreciated. Would definitely stay again, but a bit pricy for this time of year (March) on a lake. With that said, it was still pretty awesome experience.

Amazing views, great natural light, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and updated bathrooms. Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and Adirondack chairs on the sandy shoreline watching the wildlife. Super close to Lake City and Frontenac State Park and just a short drive to Red Wing-this is a great spot for exploring the towns, taking a hike or just relaxing at this beautiful spot and home.

Our group was celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend, and we could not have picked a better place or host. The place was perfect for our group and Linda has thought of everything. It had everything we needed for our trip, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. We loved the layout of the house and the view of Lake Pepin at sunset. We had just the right amount of rooms and space for my son’s families and myself. The fireplaces were an added benefit which we truly enjoyed. Although we came down with the flu we all enjoyed the time spent there together. Thank you Sandy and Eric for sharing your house with us. It is a very special place.

loved this little getaway. stayed for two nights and loved the peace and quiet, the beautiful view and the scenery. the weather wasn't great and I can only imagine how it would be even better out on the deck, the little yard and on the dock.

Extremely well located place for guests with weddings at the Pinewood venue. Communication with Host is very timely. Check-in was super easy. We were able to prepare our Easter dinner with all the supplies in the kitchen. The host even checked out what items they had before we got there so we knew if we had to bring anything. That was greatly appreciated. We ended up forgetting some things at the house and the host contacted us immediately and made arrangements for us to pick things up. All in all very good experience!

My group of friends and I booked our spring getaway here and loved how secluded the location of the main house is. Also super cool to drive into the High Valley Ranch. So nice to be able to just grab a kayak and go for a paddle too.

We loved our stay here. The location by the river and farm is pristine. Andy went out of his way to make sure our kiddo got to ride the pony. Great coffee shop a short drive away (Nolstagic Bean). We hope to come back!
