Monthly Rentals in Dawson Park

Check in was easy as Preet met me at the unit to give me the keys. Parking was convenient as there was both street parking and a reserved spot behind the unit that I could see from inside. The place was exactly as described, clean and comfortable, had everything I needed. I was there for almost a month and did most of my own cooking, the kitchen was well equipped. Laundry wasn’t in the unit, but in the buildings laundry unit which was fine. As a female living alone, i felt quite comfortable. The area is very walkable. Lots of shopping and grocery stores. Overall, would recommend.

Everything was working/good and reasonable for the price. The area is also nice when you are traveling with a car.

I had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The location of the property was perfect—convenient to everything I wanted to explore, yet still peaceful and quiet. The space itself was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Keita was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. Communication was quick, and they were always available if I had questions. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

My family and I stayed for a month. The place was super clean and it had very good dishes , Comfy linen and clean towels. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was super responsive and nice. Would definitely recommend this condo.
