We needed a quiet weekend away and this cabin was perfect. Loved the hot tub on the deck under the stars.

We booked Mark’s place for a trip to the Atlanta area to see friends. The home was quiet, peaceful and clean. Mark was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Margaret is AMAZING! She’s a wonderful host. Made sure we had everything we needed and then some. Mt Plattmore is a beautiful lakeside house that is so peaceful and served me and my friends well. Would recommend.

We loved the cabin and all that it had to offer. Had never been to the area but made plans to do various activities and the cabin’s location was well situated to allow us an easy drive to wherever we wanted to go. Although we spent a lot of time exploring the area and doing various things, we would have been satisfied to just stay in the cabin and enjoy the quietness it provided. Will definitely consider staying here again. Host was also very quick to answer questions and was proactive in reaching out to provide info prior to our arrival. Was a wonderful experience!!

Our hosts were incredibly gracious and we could tell right away that they have put a lot of effort and care into maintaining their property. We felt right at home and were so grateful that they were able to share it with us for our visit.

Rented Stephen’s Mountain Chalet based on Airbnb pictures, description, and reviews. Place was spot on and exactly what we needed and looking for. Went here with wife, daughter, and two teenage grandchildren. Plenty of room for all of us. Loved the layout inside and hot tub outside. My daughter and granddaughter went in 4 nights in a row. Wife and I went in twice. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners almost every night. I’m guessing water was from a well. It was cold and excellent tasting. We brought some bottled water but ended up drinking water from Kitchen sink. All beds were very comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. Washed clothes once with no issues. Both washer and dryer were great and easy to use. We loved the place and were sorry it went by so quickly. Would stay here again, if available, should we be in area again. Who knows, maybe this summer. Never know. Thanks Stephen for a great stay.

Very central to Helen, just walk out of the door and Town is a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet in the evenings.

We booked this place very last minute and the host was very accommodating. The place was clean, in a great location and was perfect for our family of five! Only recommendation is that linens/towels be updated.

Great host with a lovely cabin, was very helpful and kind enough to suggest places for us to visit. Answered our call instantly late at night to help with an issue we had which was very appreciative !

We loved this little cabin! It was perfect for my husband, 3 kids & I! When we arrived Friday, the place was covered in snow. It was a winter wonderland, so beautiful! Loved all the heaters and fireplaces inside, and especially loved the gas firepit on the back porch. The hot tub was a big hit, was the first time I’ve ever been in a hot tub and been surrounded by snow.

Being pet-friendly was a huge plus for us, and our furry friend absolutely adored exploring the surrounding woods. he location was simply breathtaking. Nestled deep within the woods, the cabin offered a true escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The serene atmosphere, the crisp fresh air, and the star-studded nights were incredibly rejuvenating. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, a place to bond with loved ones (including your pets!), look no further!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Off the Grid! Greg’s cabin is definitely a slice of heaven and we are so grateful he chooses to share it with others. We hiked the property and surrounding areas. It’s super private, we had no problems locating cabin with Greg’s instructions! There were some pretty severe storms our first night and Greg checked in with us and was responsive to any needs. Cabin was super clean…this was the perfect space for our boys (8 and 11 year olds), our two dogs and my husband and I! We hope to stay here again in the very near future! Here’s to more adventures ahead at an amazing cabin!

This cabin was beautiful! Exactly as the pictures described and more spacious than it looks. Under 10 minutes into Helen, and the town of Sautee is beautiful with some cute places to go to. The bathtub was the highlight, the jets were incredible!

The place was great and super clean. Close enough to town, so you can walk and no need for a car ($10 for full day of parking in town). The loft was awesome since you can wake up with the natural lighting coming from the window, and the bed was comfortable. The downstairs room was great as well. The shower was on the smaller side, and we wish it had a different shower head (like the one with a hose), but overall, very clean and comfortable bathroom. The jacuzzi was great and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen had everything except a pizza pan, but we managed to make a pizza with a metal tin the oven had inside. Overall was a great experience; the place was really nice, cozy and comfortable. It was close to town, but it was far enough that it was quiet, so we had a really good night of sleep. Definitely recommended and would go back.

My dog usually barks at anything that moves. She found peace and quiet. Not even a whimper all night. That was her first time away from home and that was an absolute plus for us.

Such a charming, peaceful and comfortable place, and definitely lives up to its name…can’t get better views than this! Host was very responsive, helpful and friendly, and even checked on us the morning after a bad storm the night before. Highly recommend this host and place, and would definitely love to visit again!

This cabin is fantastic and Joeseph and Lorena were great at communicating. I ended up proposing to my girlfriend at this cabin and they were accommodating to make everything perfect. There were so many thoughtful gestures like a personalized sign and have other cool things like deer feed and bird feed. The pictures of this cabin don’t do it justice! Views are amazing, clean, and all of the games you could ever want to play. The only thing I would note before you book is make sure you put the correct amount of people staying. Even though the cabin sleeps 8, I only reserved with 2 because I didn’t know how many were staying. There is a fee for anyone over your reserved amount. I ended up having 3 others stay for a total of 5 and still had to pay extra for them. Something to note. Everything was amazing and would recommend to anyone to stay here!

Beautiful cabin, clean and very tasteful. All the furniture and kitchen appliances are of very good quality. The service was excellent, we felt taken care of as they always responded promptly to our questions. The vegetation is beautiful and you really find peace in that place.

The cabin was lovely and in great condition. There were issues of communication steming from what Airb&b shares with the host. If this could get worked out, I would have no complaints. We did have an issue of septic flooding on our final night which the host was highly apologetic about and quick to address even though it was late at night and below freezing. The host was friendly, the resort was nice, and the trails would have been so fun if we had not been too cold to walk to explore them. Had it been warmer, there was beautiful scenery and much to explore. Fair warning, apple maps works great on the resort property but Google maps will take you in crazy directions.

This house was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving weekend. It was was clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect with multiple neighborhood amenities and the view from the back porch over the lake is stunning - especially if you catch the sunrise. Quick and easy communication with Mike. Highly recommend.

This was such an enjoyable stay. We booked this cabin for our getaway anniversary trip. We live only an hour away but it was amazing. Dominic was so helpful and answered any questions we had. It was so peaceful being back in the woods, listening to nature, seeing all the deer, etc. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Dominic!

We absolutely loved this property and enjoyed every minute of our stay at Angel Cove! It is the best-equipped place we have ever stayed and feels more like a home than a rental property. The place is exactly like the pictures (actually even better) Nothing at all is lacking - an abundance of small kitchen appliances, top of the line washer/dryer. I especially appreciated 1) the good shower pressure and hot water 2) good internet speed if you need to work 3) TV in the master and upstairs 4) plenty of room to spread out in. I have to mention the peacefulness and beauty of the surroundings, we slept soundly every night. It's a beautiful neighborhood for morning and evening walks. We were a family of 5 and enjoyed the spaciousness and loved the recliners in the living room! We were so lucky to find this property and we booked our next stay before we even checked out. Anthony is super responsive as all the other reviewers have commented. Awesome, awesome stay! Thank you!!!

Ken and Sandy’s Place was wonderful. Tucked away along the river, we enjoyed all the porches on all levels of the house. The hot tub was perfect and we saw deer every day we were there. Wonderful couple of days and we would absolutely return.
