Vacation rentals in Dawson County

This was a great place for our family of 5. The 3 teenagers loved the downstairs game room. The hot tub on the porch had a great view, especially at sunset! The bunk room is an open loft which was ok for us but for those needing more quiet/privacy it may not work. The Bent Tree neighborhood had some great hiking trails, including one with a a waterfall! Since our visit was during the winter months we didn’t experience any of the other amenities but it seems like the community would be a lot of fun in the warmer months as well!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us, I think our favorite room was the White Sunroom off the kitchen. I could be cooking and the grandbabies were on the floor playing. We did have to move the coffee table into the corner as it was glass but is made ample play area on the floor. We drove to Helen, Dahlonega, Amicolola Falls St Park, Ellijay. We did 3 Wineries, Apple orchard and the kids hiked the community every morning. I don't think we could have squeezed anything else in, in one week. It was an an amazing trip, coming back to the house in the evening was as comfortable as coming home. Thank you for having us. Maria Metzger

I have stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years and I can confidently say I have never stayed in one as good as this one. When I say that no detail was overlooked, there wasn’t a single thing that I would change. The house is beautiful, to start with. The furnishings, decor, everything. Anything that we needed, we had. The beds, linens, blankets, etc.. all of it is so comfortable, making everything nights sleep a good nights sleep. The location is breathtaking, with gorgeous views of the morning sun hitting the mountains in the background. This place just truly has it all. The hosts were so very helpful, as well, with extremely clear directions of how to check in, how to find the house, get in the house, and easy directions for checkout, as well. Would love to stay here again and cannot say enough good things about it!

This was the perfect place to celebrate my 58th birthday with my friends. We had 5 couples and we had a fantastic time there. Plenty of room to spread out, and a cozy living room for hanging out by the fireplace in the morning while we had our coffee and breakfast together and at night while we played board games. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub relaxing too. Melissa was so helpful and responsive. While we ate out for dinner, The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and making our hot chocolate. Loved the coffee bar, so cute. The firewood provided was a very helpful touch because after we used up what we brought, we couldn’t find any in nearby stores so having some there for us to use allowed us to keep the cozy fire going. Recommend Mulehouse restaurant in town and the Lazy Hare nearby was one of the best restaurants we have been. Make a reservation though, it was busy. We will certainly be coming back another time! Our family of 10 and our daughter's dog had a wonderful time at this amazing home. The view was fabulous! The house is as advertised and large enough for all 3 families to have a floor to themselves. There are plenty of things to keep everyone entertained both inside and outside the house. Lindsey was a marvelous host that promptly responded to all questions. We will definitely stay with them again.

This very tidy and lovely Airbnb home is equipped with everything you need. It has a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Such peaceful surroundings with a great view. David and Lorraine is an excellent host who is always available and willing to share information about the area. We had a wonderful stay!We can’t wait to return.

Jeff’s place was exactly as described and matched the pictures. We had more than enough space for our family of 8. We really enjoyed celebrating our 2 y/o bday here. So much so we all agreed we’d come back to celebrate other times together here! Thank you again
