This listing was the perfect place for our romantic and peaceful getaway ! The place is spacious yet cozy and nestled within nature. Our host, Jillian, was kind and always responsive to any questions we had along the way. If you stay here you will be delighted with the home’s soothing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again !! :)

Our family loved our visit at Audra's place! The location was beautiful and right on the water, it was so convenient to have off street parking in the city, and the home itself was spacious and homey! My son didn't want to leave his king size bed with giant TV ☺️ Audra was super helpful and made the stay very easy. Highly recommend!

This was a great stay. House was clean, beds were comfortable and it was conveniently located 30 minutes from Hershey. It was also perfect for our dog. The yard is large and while it’s not fenced, there is an anchor to tether a dog to which worked well for us. House is on a busy road but it’s set back from the street and you have a nice view of the river. We also were able to walk along the river down to the park which was a nice bonus.

We had an amazing stay in this airbnb! The home is located right next to the river, and the view is absolutely beautiful—just wish the weather was clear, to enjoy sunrises and sunsets, but nothing can't beat the weather forecast. It was peaceful and relaxing, but still close to downtown and other attractions. Free parking was a huge bonus and made everything so convenient. The space itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as listed. The host was super friendly and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Jeff was compassionate with the reasons we needed to stay in Harrisburg last minute. He was accommodating to my check in and check out times due to my situation. He made sure the house was warm (mid winter) with the lights on. The gorgeous high class decor was appreciated as well.

This was an ideal stay. Not only was Ellies place exactly as the description and photos but in a great location. Everything we needed was right there within walking distance. Cool neighborhood, right downtown yet surprisingly quite and relaxed. The only thing better than the place was Ellie herself, excellent communication and immediate responses for a stress free stay!

Jonathon was super responsive when I needed a last minute booking with an earlier check in. The apartment was adorable, with in walking distance to a bar that I was able to watch football and enjoy myself. My only complaint would be maybe a bigger broom? I could only find a dust pan and I have long hair so I feel like I wasn't able to fully sweep up after myself. I'd definitely book there again on my next trip to Harrisburg.

Janice and Dave were wonderful hosts. They were very proactive in reaching out before our stay to see how they could help. They were welcoming and friendly when we arrived and even when they we responsive when we had questions. Our kids found the house “a-maze-ing” (their words). It was spacious and perfect for our two families. We had a designated kids sleeping space in the attic that had plenty of space for five cousins to hang out. Downstairs had a nice open concept feel which was perfect for the kids to enjoy a movie or play and while the adults enjoyed a chat with our coffee or wine in the sunroom while also enjoying the stunning river view. The house was nice and clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware and seasonings you'd need to feed a sizeable group. The pictures don't do the setting justice. it's really stunning and would make a great vacation spot. We found the drive to attractions quite easy with most things being within 30 minutes

Dealing with Nathan was great. He communicated early and the instructions were extremely clear. The space didn't have TVs so it ended up being a great space for catching up, planning for adventures, and preparing breakfast. The space was spotless, all amenities were comfortable, and it's located perfectly for getting a cup of coffee, finding a local book store, or starting point for going to the unique shops that Harrisburg has to offer. This space was awesome!

The Cabin is remote but quite. The lack of internet might be a problem but it is definitely a plus for someone who is trying to get some alone time and get close to nature. While the water seemed and felt clean, it did smell a little. But Gary was kind enough to provided bottled drinking water to mitigate this issue. Overall a great place to stay.

Jonathon's place was great. it was well thought out, well executed and well equipped. I cut short my stay in another place in Harrisburg because it just was not properly equipped . In contrast, Jonathon had provided everything one could reasonably need ther was real thought put into providing what was a top experience. He was friendly and responsive, and the views over the river were fantastic. A short walk to the good bits of town and parking right by the house. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Great communication and always available with any questions needed . Lovely home ,clean and everything described . Hot tub was amazing to use even in the cold ,always hot and made our night . Very quiet neighborhood and peaceful get away . Will definitely stay again , 10/10 ,highly recommend to any couple looking for a private get away with hot tub. Thank you to Han & Bob !

Positives The place is as advertized, if not better. It's spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had a fair number of condiments and supplies, and has beautiful appliances. The linens and towels were clean and new. There is a full washer and drier. This would have been a great place to stay more than one night. I liked being able to see the Susquehanna from the front window, and being able to walk across the street to the river walk was great. Negatives He has an app needed to access the place. I didn't love uploading my ID to an app made by someone I don't know, especially since I had already done this through AirBnB. That being said, the app worked well, and has all the information you need. Checkout was 10 am. Through the app, you can request later checkout times, with a sliding scale for payment. Ultimately, the cost of the space was fair, so I paid. You are supposed to strip the bed to put linens and used towels in the laundry. Not a big deal, but uncommon.

My girlfriend, dog and I had a great weekend in this very unique rental. You're on the waters edge with an amazing view of the river and train bridge with passing trains regularly. The location is close to Hershey Park and a lot of great restaurants. Definitely plan on staying again! Gary is a superhost with an amazing property.

My husband, sister and I stayed at Cory's place last weekend. We were in Harrisburg for our 4-month old granddaughter's baptism. It was our first time visiting Harrisburg but won't be our last! We loved the apartment and it had everything we needed for the few days we were in town. The location was wonderful, close to the river, and downtown, all a short walk! Cory provided restaurant suggestions, which was welcome! As luck would have it, I had the chance to meet Cory and talked with him about his other rentals. He invited me in to see one of the other rentals in the same location, which as lovely as where we stayed. Cory's messages were always friendly and nice. He's the same in person! We will definitely be back and I will be contacting Cory when we visit! Highly recommend Cory's Airbnb to anyone visiting Harrisburg!

Beautiful and super clean apartment with amazing view of the river. We were there for July 4th and enjoyed the fireworks from the big windows in the living room overlooking the river. Fun place for a metropolitan trip - right in the heart of Harrisburg and next to the capital. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Obed's place was great for my overnight stop in Harrisburg, PA. There is a beautiful walking path on the river just 1 block away which was perfect to stretch my legs and walk the dog after a long drive. Thank you, Obed!

Our first stay and the entire family loved it. The kids loved waking up and seeing ducks in the pond. The cat was so friendly and let the kids pet them. House was clean and super charming. The beds were cozy and we all slept like babies. The rain head showers were heaven. Highly recommend if you want an updated but still authentic farmhouse stay. We can’t wait to go back !!
