This place was so clean. It’s not a modern/new house but it looked, felt, and smelled clean. Plush towels, a basket full of extras in case you missed packing some essentials, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Crystal was responsive to questions and let us check in early so we could freshen up before heading to a wedding rehearsal. I was there with my 70+ yo parents and the two flights of steps to the apartment were a bit of a surprise, so definitely a consideration if there are any mobility concerns. My parents are troupers so we did it but we planned our trips up/down to keep them to a minimum. Loved to hear the church bells ringing on Sunday morning!

Kyle's place was great! It's in a great neighborhood and very cute! We enjoyed our time there!!

Absolutely loved our time here. The unit was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. And it was so convenient to everything in the town. We loved the restaurant right next-door and I even shopped on Saturday. The copper fern store right below was so cute and had wonderful items for sale. Will definitely come back if I’m in town again.

Beautiful and super clean apartment with amazing view of the river. We were there for July 4th and enjoyed the fireworks from the big windows in the living room overlooking the river. Fun place for a metropolitan trip - right in the heart of Harrisburg and next to the capital. Walking distance to many restaurants.

This place was absolutely wonderful. The location was the most central it could have possibly been - right in front of the capital and just a block from the river. The interior of the apartment was immaculate and so modern! We will definitely be back!

Host was great to work with and the house was set up excellent. I really appreciate everything that was done for us. When they tell you about the train it’s no joke. It does come by 4-5 times every night and is really loud. A short stay it should be no problem but a long stay as I did you definitely should be aware. The host did everything they could to make our stay great.

The place was comfortable and it had everything you need for a short or a long stay. We had a pretty good snow storm and they went as far as shoveling the snow for me, without even asking them to do so. Great host and a great place to stay. No complaints at all!

Mostly enjoyed my stay (with one big exception). Place is well decorated. The golden tee is a nice touch. Location is nice and walkable. Unfortunately, the mattress was extremely firm to the point where I didn’t come close to getting a good night’s sleep the entire week that I stayed there. Definitely a good value and recommended if you don’t mind a firm mattress.

Very spacious and the decor is well done. For what looks like a small unit on the outside, opens up into a nice modern apartment feel. Large TV + pristine bathroom + open kitchen. Only stayed one night but would stay again if need be. Easy to get in & out. Close to the airport or Hershey if that’s your thing. Jared responded with detailed instructions. Pipes were slightly noisy for short increments, nothing out of the ordinary give the age of the actual building. All in all, an enjoyable experience.

This is my second time staying here. I spent almost an entire year here previously and had such a great experience then that it was the first place I checked for when I came to visit. I enjoyed it then and now and would still highly recommend. Beautiful home in a great location

David's place was just as described: clean, convenient 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities we were looking for. Welcomed our 4 legged friend without question as well! Would definitely stay here again. David was super quick to respond prior to and during the booking-even in a different time zone I got a reply within minutes!

Our stay at Mike's place was amazing! He was extremely responsive and even checked in on us via email after our first night. The home has all of the things you might forget when travelling like brand new toothpaste, toothbrushes, toiletries, etc. Highly recommend!

My second time staying at this place and probably not the last. Great place. Quiet

This place was so convenient for me since I didn't rent a car, everything was walking distance, I stayed for the weekend and the convenience store, train station, and my university were all within 5 min walking distance. Its a cozy setup, safe, private, and I had no issues with anything. I would definitely recommend.

Courtney's place was great. It was a good size, very clean, and in a convenient location (nice and quiet too!). I appreciated her attention to detail with the snacks, coffee and waters available. We would definitely stay again.

I loved staying at The Finney House! The location is fantastic, Christopher was extremely responsive and the room was both immaculate and extremely spacious. It was the only listing I could find with a full kitchen and was absolutely perfect. Being able to look out over the beautiful Susquehanna River is a fabulous bonus! I will stay again when I return to Halifax to visit my relatives!

We had the perfect one night stay at The Finney House! The apartment was immaculately clean, easy to find, and welcoming. We were greeted upon walking down the drive by a family member and neighbor, of the original owners and got to hear the heartwarming story of the Finney House’s history. It was a lovely stay! Highly recommend pizza delight if you’re traveling and don’t feel like going out!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hershey at Chris's place. It is centrally located, so easy to access Hershey Park and nearby restaurants. Check-in was very easy and communication throughout our stay was excellent.

The Finney House is my preferred home away from home when visiting Central PA. I stayed there in July and again in September and both visits were pleasant. The house and grounds are beautiful. I stayed in Apt. 105 both visits. It is well-appointed. The bed is so comfortable and I loved cooking in their kitchen. Looking forward to another opportunity to visit again.

We recently stayed here for my wife’s birthday. We can not say enough good things about our stay. The building is stunning, the inside has so much character and is beautifully furnished and decorated. We tried to enjoy all the areas. Had a fire in the common room, enjoyed the hot tub while the snow fell and our room was comfortable! The bed and pillows in our room were the best we’ve ever slept on in a Airbnb before. So much so we read the labels and ordered the same set for home. lol the rooms are big and the bathroom and bath relaxing. We are already planning our trip back! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The Hosts were always responsive and gave us great recommendations for the area. You will not be disappointed if you book your stay here.

This is a gorgeous, historic property with upscale decor and lovely shared spaces. I only wish I had brought my wife with me — it has a very upscale, artsy and romantic vibe. The property has been beautifully restored, keeping so much original elements like steam radiators, wooden flooring, solid wood doors, and more! You could spend hours enjoying the details. That said, kitchen was modernly appointed, with everything I needed to make myself a steak dinner and a good breakfast in the morning. Room temp is easily controlled from smart thermostats, and I enjoyed placing my towel on the radiator and getting to use a warm towers after my shower. The rooms all have beautiful views of the river! And, there is a gorgeous shared patio space that includes a hot tub and grill—I didn’t get to enjoy since I was there on business. I look forward to coming back on a weekend getaway in the near future.

This space was gorgeous, inside and out! The host was responsive and, when we had a minor issue with the lock box, they not only resolved it with excellent customer service but also went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported. The only downside was an "old house" noise that was fairly persistent. A strong hum came from a vent most of the time we were there, but was even louder when the heat kicked on, and it did wake me up at least once. I'm quite sensory sensitive to sound. So, if you have a hard time relaxing with high pitched hums, it might be best to try a different room (we were in the Meigs). The hot tub, beautiful grounds, gorgeous river view from our window, elegant decor, and thoughtful instructions from the host, however, mean we will definitely be back (but maybe in a different suite, or if the hum is resolved in the future, that suite). Highly, highly recommend!
