what can I say!! open the door to be met by a lovely fresh clean smell and a well stocked and thoughtful hamper, fresh fruit bowl and loaf of bread on the table. Big tell in the lounge area. tv in other rooms, all with Internet. Fresh milk in the fridge. The host definitely has put a lot of thought in to this place. All the kitchen utensils you could shake a stick at. Rebecca was very responsive to a couple of questions I had which was great. all beds were extremely comfy. Best caravan we've stayed in by far. Can't wait to return.

Tracy is a lovely host! This place is so cosy and warm. The fridge was stocked with some essentials and plenty of coffee and tea. South west- west facing with beautiful sunsets. Peaceful with just green fields surrounding you. The patio behind has a chimnea and hot tub. We spent a few hours in front of the fire watching the stars under a blanket. Thank you Tracy, we would absolutely visit again!

Really great stay at Coco By The Bay. The place is appointed really nicely and has much bigger floor space and lovely high ceilings than the pictures can show. It was immediately very homely and although I was worried about it being cold in the winter weather, it was very cozy. The thermostat was set prior to our arrival and therefore was always warm to come back to after the countryside or across the road on the beach. Angela had got the place warm, clean and ready for arrival, so this was welcome after a long journey from 'up North'! Communication was EXCELLENT- very pro-active with clear check in and check out instructions. Decent wifi connection and kitchen well appointed for longer stays. The coffee machine was very welcome from my point of view- felt like a high end hotel suite! Also, the use of a comfy sofa bed was welcomed due to my snoring! Very romantic main bedroom with feature fireplace. Blinds might be welcome for lounge windows and cobwebs removed around windows but minor

Amazing host, great communication considering it was so last minute and flexibility on check in timing which made such a difference after a nightmare experience with a previous accommodation. Thank you for the amazing stay. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area again.

A great place for relaxing , visited in November , nice and quiet with still a few Bars, Pubs, restaurants and food shops within short drive. We also booked this place as easy driving to The Shuttle for very early departure , we will use again in the future

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back! The whole experience from start to finish was made so easy by the hosts and they had so many great recommendations and local information. The apartment itself was really clean and tidy and we felt right at home! the hot tub is awesome and spacious and was setup ready to go when we arrived. Highly recommend staying with SoHot here, they are a credit to the Airbnb community thank you guys!

Linda was really helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation was spacious and well maintained and only a short walk away from local pubs and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend Linda as a host if you are planning on staying in Deal.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend getaway! Claire and Tom are fantastic hosts - we always received an immediate response, the whole process was seamless and they gave us clear instructions with great local recommendations for food and drink, which were all at a walkable distance. The house itself was really charming, spotless, spacious, easy to find and extremely comfortable :)

The cottage was beautiful. It felt like a dream to stay in. Superb location right by the sea, spacious living room and cosy bedrooms. Penny was friendly, communicative and flexible. We could not have stayed in a more magical place over the weekend!
