Great place to stay for up to 6 people. We were only two and the place was big, clean, everything working well. Good kitchen, fans and AC working fine. I definitely recommend this place. Will be back there again if it’s available. Thanks!

Everything was perfect and very nice. We loved the house. Spacious, friendly people. Security 24 hrs security are there. Everything was perfect just one thing not sure about it. They let me pay 200,000 electricity. My family lives in Dar and they said 200,000 is enough for 2 months. In the description says electricity fees not exceeding 80,000 maybe for coupled of days. Just be careful regarding this thing or go and pay by your self better.

It was a wonderful place, and we felt immediately at home. The master bedroom offered a breathtaking nighttime view. There was plenty of space, and the balcony provided a lovely view of the stars. It truly felt like a dream home. My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. Herbert was readily available to assist us with anything we needed; he was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We felt completely safe and secure. We plan to return to this house every time we visit Dar es Salaam.

Harold and his wife were fantastic hosts. Super helpful and available from the onset, they provided great tips and useful info. They went really above and beyond, even talking to a preschool before arrival for a potential space for our son! The house is a typical family home, well equipped with all amenities and a large garden and is exactly as in the pictures. Traffic to masaki/the peninsula can be a bit of a pain and take a while during rush hours, but as long as you don’t have to commute every morning during peak hours to an office in the city, you should be fine. Truly recommend for families who are looking for a well equipped, temporary home!

I enjoyed my stay here. I felt safe, there's always someone at the property, and the host makes herself available and very responsive to ALL my questions. The property is clean and quiet ( I like quiet) and in a nice area. The host really made sure I enjoyed my stay. Host is always a call or text away and very responsive. I recommend this place. I will definitely stay again on my return.

Mama Florah and her groundskeeper Eva were the BEST hosts you could ever ask for!!! Communication was great for our two month stay as they made sure that we always had whatever we needed. They were able to give us suggestions on places to visit and things to do or explore!! The compound in which we stayed had security at the gate every night so there was always someone there to make sure we were ok. We used Uber mostly to get around by car but only if it was too far to walk which usually we would do. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Dar es Salaam,Tanzania!!! Its perfect and it will be missed!! Thanks Mama Florah for the warm welcome and awesome hospitality!!!
