House vacation rentals in Dar es Salaam

Zanna’s was an absolutely amazing place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was better than the pictures. All amenities were there and well maintained. The house truly feels like home. Zanna is super responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved dealing with her and we certainly would go back if we are back in Dar. 10/10 would recommend. Special mention - Dennis who was our chef for the period we stayed at Zanna’s. His food was fantastic and absolutely delicious. Plus we loved interacting with him and getting recommendations of where to go from him.

Great place to stay while vacationing in Dar es Salaam. Easy check in and Care taker Malaki was always available for any question. Definitely I am recommending this place.

A fantastic house, if you want to get away from it all. bring supplies to cook your self or there are restaurants at some low key resorts a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. a car is essential . Beautiful architectural house with 3 bedrooms all with very nice ensuites. huge beautiful pool, we couldn't keep our son out of it ! Great communication from Charlotte at all times....and a lovely roof top to eat, drink chill. the garden dining area is perfect also. many thanks 😊

The villa exceeded our expectations! It was in excellent condition, and every penny was well worth it. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and created wonderful memories.

Mango house is a great place and more then that. Diana is a great host and more then that. Is like staying home. Staff are very sweet and help you with what you want and what ever questions you have you get quick answers. I really recommend Mango House.

George is a host above average. Quick, helpful and polite, he was very helpful to arrange transport and do some translation in our communication with Masai. The house is beautiful and located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood- just outside the door is a small shop with basics and a very sweet service. I loved to step outside the gate and greet the neighbors. We enjoyed going to the market and do our own cooking with all the delicious local vegetables, fruits, fish and meat. Some days we enjoyed the beach and one day we did a trip to Sinda island - very beautiful. If you are looking for a relaxing environment and experience the local life - I can recommend Villa Nducha

A beautiful and great place! Namangi Cottage is a great place. It’s a big and clean house with a beautiful garden and it’s like you sitting in designed place. Rooms are also nice, and the kitchen is so nice. Lot of space with very good household utensils such as pots, plates, frying pans and more. Impressing! Maybe you can fix the oven, its hard to know hove it works. You have friendly and good people working around the house, just to keep the garden fresh and clean. It can be a little bit hard to find for taxi drivers, but Nashi will help you to get a good driver who knows the ways. Maybe you can but in some maps to show where to go to the beaches and so. Me and my wife was married in Namangi Cottage. Nashi and other people were so helpful, so our wedding become a memory for ever. Thanks for all help! We recommend this place for everyone. With love. We had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect, with shops near. The host was very welcoming and responsive, always ready to help and ensure our stay was comfortable. We highly recommend this property and would love to return on our next visit!

Grace was the most welcoming and kind host, our flight was delayed by many hours but she still met us and kindly offered us help with a local taxi she arranged. We were a family of 6 the home was more than perfect, bedrooms are a great size and the kitchen, living room and dining area are all perfect for a family our size! Grace truly made us feel at home and any worries we had she was only a text message away. It was our first time in dar es salaam but we weren’t worried or scared staying there at all, there was a security guard at night so that gave us an extra feeling of security when staying at the air bnb. The home comes with most of what you’ll need for your stay, fresh bedding, towels, cooking equipment and more. We hope to visit one day again and we would definitely stay at graces lovely home again :)

Kelvin was very friendly and available to respond to all my needs. The place is new and well furnished with good quality and stylish pieces of furniture and it has a beautiful garden around that make the place feel like a peaceful spot in the city. Close to nice restaurants and Coco beach. İ would highly recommend staying at Kelvin's place for a high-quality, peaceful stay.

The house is large and tastefully furnished and offers enough space to feel comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the huge terrace and big garden. Communication with Judica was nice and helpful. Many thanks to Judica for helping us on short notice to arrange sleeping accomodations for more people than originally announced. The ocean with beautiful beaches is very close and the city center can be reached in roughly 30 - 40 mins.

Nai is a wonderful host. She took care of all my issues to my satisfaction. That was my third time staying at Nai’s place. I love the very big yard with many different plants. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. I will stay there again when I return to Dar.

Ai and her staff are very kind people,we checked in around 2am still we found the caretaker and watchman waiting for us .The space in the house is what we were looking forward and privacy ,we got it all .Ai is very calm and quicker to respond any question .I will choose Ai apartment over and over again .Thank you once again Ai

The place is splendid very secure with a great In-service. And locate close to Barra Beach. It was nice meeting ans build friendship with the masaï gaterman. :)

The bush paradise is a relaxed place in a peaceful location. Issaya is a great host and makes you feel at home. He designed the place himself and made it into a big cozy garden with a small house and one bigger house. It is ideal when you cook yourself and like to get out on your own. The lot has a massive mango tree right in the center or the garden en it is filled with hundreds of mango's.You can pick some yourself and enjoy them. We absoluty loved that! There is also a big jackfruit tree that was filled with the big fruits. In the night we spotted a bush baby in the jackfruit tree and flying foxes eating the mango's. The house was nice with a good bed and bathroom. You can walk to the beach wich is very local and has a bbq place and a little bar. It is amazing if you like low key/non touristic stuff like we do. Issaya can also take you to some nicer places and arrange all kind of trips. We booked him for a day tour discovering the markets in the city, which was so much fun.

Hellen provides a five star service, her house is a great place to stay for a holiday or even a short stay. The house and the entire compound is very very clean and a wonderful home to stay, very comfortable, she over provided everything we needed, we feel very much at home, every thing in the house is spot on. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen awesome. The house is in a good location. I hope Hellen’s house will be available next time we visit and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable and clean environment to stay.
