Cozy Mountain Home w/Million $ View

Privacy, awesome views of Trapp Family Lodge and Stowe Mountain Resort. 5 min drive to town and 10 min to ski area. Home to famous visiting musicians thru the years including the recording of Phish's " Story of the Ghost ". Family or a group love it! My home offers a great open space to relax in front of the fire and enjoy the company of friends and/or family. It easily accommodates a lot of people. The entire house is for rent although less is open for discussion as well, just ask. I stay in an apartment next door so am readily available should anyone have a question. In the winter it is best to have snow tires or four wheel drive to access the property. I am around however to assist if you need help getting up the hill. The road and driveway are both maintained very well but this is Vermont and we get a lot of snow!

I have stayed in a many rental properties over the years and I have never had a kitchen so loaded with everything a cook could ask for - very helpful! Amazing views and a 20 minute drive to Jay - just a great experience. The property is on a dirt road, which is no joke. Make sure you have the right vehicle for Vermont mud season and you will have the time of your life. Highly recommended!

We love Prouty house. We’ve stayed there a few times for the winter swim festival and I’ll be there this summer for a long swim. The house is large and can easily accommodate a family or group. Anne's place is absolutely stunning! The pictures truly cannot do it justice. We brought twelve people and a dog and had plenty of space. The proximity to everything in Bethlehem is amazing as well. We walked down the street to rek lis and had a great time. Out of all the Airbnb's I've stayed in I think this one has to be the best. We definitely plan to get back during other seasons to experience everything it has to offer.

The house was well stocked for cooking, had plenty to entertain the kids (puzzles, games), and was a beautiful place to be. We loved the farmhouse aesthetic, the many windows and the views of snow covered trees.
