The tree houses are amazing and the setting simply stunning. We arrived after dark and received a very warm welcome with dinner waiting for us. The people at Back of Beyond are delightful, keen to share their knowledge of the area and make their guests have a great time. Great place for an adventure and as a base for exploring the caves and Sigiriya etc.

What an incredible location, hosts, accommodation, and food! I need to give a special mention to Vihanga who was an amazing host and we had some amazing conversations and he helped me immensely with arranging transport for future trips, and also arranging a tuk tuk to drop and pick me up for the day. His Mother prepared an amazing dinner and breakfast (dinner was very reasonably priced too). I loved every minute of my stay - thank you! ❤️

Alba and her Partner Manolo were great hosts: always super helpfull, friendly and attentively. They gave us good advice and helped us with organizing trips to Sigiriya, Kaudulla, Dambulla and Pollonaruwa. To visit all this sites Sat Nam Village is the best place to stay! Cause after an exhausting trip you can relax perfectly in the beautiful garden in a hammock under a tree or in the brandnew pool. And don’t forget the fooood! We really enjoyed the rice and curry prepared by one of the lovely ladies who are working on the property! It was delicious. If you need some variation they also offer great Spanish food prepared by Alba herself! We totally enjoyed our stay, would definitely come back and can highly recommend Sat Nam Village for a cultural but at the same time very relaxing stay!

The breakfast was delicious and the serving sizes were generous breakfast. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Sigiriya Lion Rock. The host was super friendly and helpful. However, the photos are not accurate as they display a thick blanket on the bed and like most of the accommodation in Sri Lanka, they only provide a thin sheet. The room was spacious but a few minor additions could have made it even better such as a kettle, shower gel and a thick blanket.

Priya homestay is a little heaven on earth. It's a family business run by a friendly and charming couple. The accommodation is clean and tastefully furnished. Excellent cuisine. Priya offers excursions with her tuk tuk at unbeatable prices. Best place I've seen here. Thank you

Lovely people, Amazing value . Close to the famous Sigiri rock.

Very clean, comfortable, A/C in the rooms. Good breakfast, clean and organised kitchen. Flexible and welcoming hosts. Attractive price. We were a party of 11 and we took 5 rooms. We all fully recommend the location We did not have a chance to get dinner at Green Hut so we cannot comment on dinner options. However if you take a tuktuk for 300 LKR to the centre of village there’s plenty of restaurant choices.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was the most comfortable stay on our trip to Sri Lanka. We being new to place, host went out of his way to help us and made everything available. Great host great place great ambience. Very friendly staff as well.

The manager and staff were so friendly and kindly gave us information about the tourist attractions and all the surroundings. The accommodation was clean and the surrounding natural scenery was great, and the bus stop to Kandy was a minute away, so it was comfortable, and the staff showed us off to the bus stop. It gave our family a lot of happiness because we were able to stay in a very friendly and beautiful location. Thanks so much

Madunika and his staff are very friendly and the food and pool was perfect. we enjoyed walking around the village everybody were friendly and we also enjoyed the birds in the garden and in the nearby lakes.

It was a great stay! The hosts were super friendly and the room looked super! Everything was new! They even had a restaurant with lots of choices, so after a late arrival we had a nice meal.

Our stay at Taru Villas was amazing, we highly recommend! The room itself (we had a chalet villa) was huge and one of the best rooms we have stayed in. Super king bed was so comfortable, with a day bed, couch and outdoor chairs to relax on as well. The bathroom is very well done, indoor/outdoor style and the shower was fantastic. The property is gorgeously set in the natural surrounds. The pool was brilliant: very large and the perfect temperature, we were just disappointed we didn't get to use it more due to the weather and having other things to see in the area! The restaurant was also lovely, great service, open air and good value with a good range of options. Overall we had a fantastic stay at Taru Villas and it was a stunning base from which to explore the area.

Linton is a great host. He has built the property himself with lots of love. we loved the undisturbed natural surroundings of the property. The tree top open rooms were unique, Sleeping with the jungle noises is a experience not to be missed. Linton was very helpful with our food choices. Since we are pure vegetarian and do not eat meat, fish or eggs, and do not prefer eating in mixed kitchens, Linton was super helpful and agreed to cook a pure veg breakfast for us using our own pan.

Very friendly staff, very clean room

Sathishka was very friendly and his place was a pleasure to stay at. Breakfast was delicious and we were well looked after throughout our stay. If you’re ever looking for a place to stay that is a bit on the cheaper side, this is it.

The Naturaliza Hotel is charming, a favorite! The room we had was large, very comfortable, and we also enjoyed the garden, living room, pool and restaurant. All in a very zuthen nature environment. The staff is very attentive, responsive, friendly. For those who want a peaceful place, away from the tourist center, and living at the same time, it's perfect!

Unfortunately, we more than enjoyed our very short stay. The property is not far from local streets restaurants and Mount Sigiriya is only 10min away by car. You will be welcomed with damp cloths and drinks. Extremely attentive staff. You can get in touch with staff day or night because of any issues and everything else. The rooms are wonderful. In the middle of nature, with balcony in the green. But beware, as it is very (too) clean, there is a risk at low risk in the accommodation :D very nice complex also with pool area. We were surprised that the breakfast was included! It was wonderfully prepared with an explanation about the respective (typical Sri Lankan) products. We felt very comfortable and above all thanks to the loving, attentive employees. Thanks again for that.

A good place to stay when you are visiting sigiriya. Also the pool in the backyard was very cool 👍🏼
