Staying with Anthony was an absolute pleasure! The flat is well appointed and quite large. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions I had and I am grateful for all of their help. They flat was very clean and the hosts have thought of everything. For example, I had forgotten a power adapter for UK plugs, but a simple look around revealed that they had a number of adapters cords and Chargers readily available. The flat is a very short walk to the grocery store and a lovely pub. I highly recommend staying with Anthony.

Katie and Serel are really amazing hosts. The are very kind and responsive. For first day they prepared lovely breakfast in accordance with our preferences. Appartment is set in nice safe neighborhood. We truly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

What a little gem! Catherine had very kindly left us bacon, sausages, cereals, bread, Flora and biscuits (I may have forgotten something!). The view from the lounge window was breathtaking (and I should think in the summer, from the table outside, even better). Spotlessly clean. Beautiful shower room. Sian was fantastic -- including being very understanding when I got suddenly ill on my very first day of my trip! She helped me navigate recuperating, then made sure we both navigated the shared spaces safely and gently until we were sure I had recovered. Beautiful location, clear instructions on house rules, and great for getting to other parts of London. Really appreciated the long stay option.

Sure! Here's the revised review: We had a great stay at Ian's Old Bakery Flat. Ideally located for visiting Alexandra Palace. The flat has regular buses nearby and Bounds Green tube station only a 10-minute walk. The flat is a great space with everything you need for a home from home stay, the bed is very comfortable and the hamper was very appreciated. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back again. Thank you Ian.

I was looking for a place to stay close to my university in South Kensington and found this place fitting all my needs. It was in a very convenient location, only a 20 min walk from university. It had student friendly prices, especially when compared to surrounding places that were extremely pricey. And most importantly, it was clean and was readily equipped with all things required for a lovely stay. I did not need to buy anything after moving in as everything I needed was already there. Moving in was a breeze with the owner’s rapid response and digital lock door. Also the bathroom was spacious and very well designed. My favorite part of my stay was that it was silent and very peaceful, there were no persistent car noises that are typical in central areas of london. Though there were a few things that could’ve been fixed such as the table and some faulty drawers, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Kensington and especially for those on a budget.

After a minor and unavoidable hiccup, by a previous guest that was resolved promptly. All went very well for check in. The area is really nice and quiet, even though it is off a main road, it is far enough away. Also a nice park nearby. Very near shops and restaurants . And a lovely café right across the street I recommend. I will admit the walls are thin and so, being mindful of neighbours is important, and I think my partner and I were successful enough in that. And also if your a light sleeper ear plugs may resolve that issue. Plenty of space even if the bedroom and bathroom are compact but functional. No real issue. Mark is a great and responsive host. friendly, helpful and on hand. All in all my partner and I were very happy with the property. Definitely recommended.

There is a gate to get on the property and we were unable to call Miranda when at the gate due to poor reception. I imagine this was because we are from the US and ATT is our carrier and I suppose England does not have a lot of ATT towers for cellular. We were unable to make phone contact at the gate and drove about 5 or so minutes into town to get good phone coverage and drove back. The house was clean and in a pleasant area. Miranda was most helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of four, the kitchen and living areas are beautiful, and the house was stocked with lots of thoughtful extras (from cereal and pasta to extra toiletries). The house is less than 10 minutes on foot (even with baggage in tow) from Paddington Station, which made it a great location for hopping on the tube to explore various neighborhoods, and is tucked away on a quiet side street with no city noise. Muhiddin was super responsive and helpful when we reached out, both before our stay and during our time there! We would definitely stay here again when in London!

The place ist nice and clean, the host was very responsive and you get a clear instruction with photos how to find the building. Bathroom is really small, but for a rental it did not bother us. It is however far away from everything interesting in London, but there is a bus station right in front of the Apartment and trust me when I tell you that the bus experience was really cool and we got to see so many streets and places that we normally wouldn’t have.
