Monthly Rentals in Daceyville

We had an amazing stay thanks to Sarah & Phil the studio was stocked up on all sundries we may have needed and shower & bathroom essentials. The living space was surprisingly spacious (even with all our luggage). Sarah was really responsive in our message correspondence which was so thoughtful. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thanks again folks!!

Clean, comfortable, peaceful, and well furnished. Stays nice and cool in summer. Reliable internet for working and a large comfy bed. Jenni was also kindly flexible with my check in and out times, and provided sweet little touches to make me feel at home. Lots of unlimited street parking all around. Only minor drawbacks were it's a little far to walk to restaurants/supermarket (15 mins with hills), there's no cooking facility (stovetop), or laundry - but this is as described in the listing. Natural light is a little lacking (as it's under the house) - but the internal lighting is good, and the ceiling is fairly low (not ideal if you're over 6 ft). Overall, a pretty nice place for a shorter stay. I slept well!

It was wonderful time stayed in Sydney for 9 days. And this house is very cozy new and comfortable, and everything is perfect inside, you may cook basic food, and with washing machine; bed is very comfortable. Samantha is very nice to prepare the welcome gift for us. The location is convenient, 20- 30 mins take bus and light rail to central and Darling Harbour. For restaurants, Chinese food, pizza and small supermarket nearby you can easily find them. If you would like to post out the postcard, the post office just walk by 5 mins.
