Monthly Rentals in Daceyville

My wife and I had an excellent 5-night stay at Sarah's studio apartment. She was very friendly and communicated proactively. Very clean studio with well stocked kitchen and amenities. 5-6 minute walk to the restaurant area. Sarah had a nice blue binder that gave detailed instructions and guides, for the stay and things to do. Place is very close to the beautiful Coogee beach (15-min walk). Cons - 1. The place is on the first floor, was a tad difficult to carry the heavy trunks up the stairs. 2. The approach to the house is through a back-lane. While Sarah gave very clear instructions, at night the approach is a bit desolate. 3. Place would be ideal for a single occupant / a couple with minimal luggage. Beyond that, it would get very tight - especially on closet space.

Aaron & Saara place was absolutely beautiful, clean , close to public transport, location was really good close to pubs, supermarkets, only 15 minutes you are in Sydney City Central area. The unit was absolutely clean, tidy, well equipped with right appliances, basic necessities also provided, fridge is big enough for us since we stayed 8 nights, balcony also a bonus. We have a glimpse of New Year 2025 fireworks in Sydney City from the balcony. Secure as well. I could not think of negative on this place and on our stay. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Vince & Ursula for a most wonderful stay in you AirbndB. It was truly magnificent- everything possible was provided for our long stay. The bed is the most comfortable bed ever. The location is perfect also - close to all shops & beach. If only we could have stayed for 6 months! I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Book it now!!
