Amazing place to stay in Hoi An!! Absolutely beautiful surroundings, comfortable beds and very quiet. The breakfast which was included was delicious. Ms Lee was so helpful and friendly and gave us really good recommendations. We felt very well looked after and would recommend to anyone staying in Hoi An.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable for everyday use, and cozy. The only downside is the noise coming from the street, which is why we moved to an apartment a few floors higher. For someone planning a shorter stay, I highly recommend it.

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was really accommodating and Mr Vinh, provided amazing service and was very responsive with our requests. A very peaceful stay and so lovely being right next to the pool and walking distance to the beach. I would recommend this accomodation again for sure! Thank you guys for having us.

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

Great stay and communication.

It was really good for the price. It was as clean as a hotel and the facilities were good, so it was easy to stay. The host responded quickly, so there wasn't much inconvenience in staying ~

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The location is great close to the city center but super quiet. The rooms are clean et good bed. we like the open kitchen and the 2 spaces for lunch/ diner Nice swimming pool. if you need extra service, you just need to ask and they will arrange for you

The area feels like a small, quiet village in the middle of a busy city, with easy access to everywhere. The apartment is clean and cozy, and the host is friendly and very helpful. 💜

First of all, the house is very beautiful and stylish, it's well-equipped with modern faculties. I love the host too, she's very friendly and responsiveness, also her aunt who supported me a lot during the time I stayed here. Will turn back to this house next time!!

This was the second time that I stayed at Temo Apartment. The location is great- walkable to the beach (about 10 minutes), a short distance from the main road (so that it’s not too loud), and it’s another 8 minutes walk to a gym nearby. Duc was also very responsive during my stay- the shower faucet had a different design than most, and he came down on a Sunday to teach me how to use it. On my second stay, the door knob was spoilt and he came down to the apartment at around 1am to help me gain access to the flat. The cleaning was very frequent as well, about once every 3 days. Overall, I believe this is a great place to stay, especially if you’re staying here for a bit longer (eg at least a few weeks). One small downside is that the wifi isn’t as fast as I’ll like it to be- streaming live sports events was very laggy and I used my phone as a mobile hotspot instead. Otherwise, I’ll strongly recommend this flat.

Ruby provides a comfortable, spacious and clean space for all her guests. She works very hard to give only the best and it shows! The location is perfect, as it is a short walk from the beach and a few different convenience stores as well as a few ATMs when you need them. Ruby also gives suggestions for great places to eat that are nearby too! Ruby’s accommodations also provide a room cleaning once a week! She is very thoughtful of the needs of her guests. If you need a place to stay long-term in Da Nang, this the best place to choose. :)

I feel so grateful that I chose Dung’s airbnb for my stay in Da Nang. During the 3 months I spent there, it felt like being at a home away from home. The comforts of the apartment listing, the hospitality of Dung’s team, the impeccable cleaning by the housekeeping lady, were all five stars. For more than once, Dung and her husband went out of their way to fulfill my requests and I’d always be grateful to them for those gestures. As a small business owner myself, I admired the integrity and devotion with which both of them run their Airbnb and restaurant business. Their teamwork is truly inspiring. It was a great stay! It’s an apartment inside of the hotel - so you have cleaning everyday (linen & towels change) and the stuff on the reception helped with all our needs. Location is just great - a lot of restaurants, cafes, massage parlors and the beach is walkable 5mins way. Rooms might be different from the photos but ours had the same amenities as the others and stuff was very helpful!

Had an enjoyable stay here

We stayed for 1 week in Da Nang at Tuyet's place and I can say it was the best place to be at! We were lucky to come across this place and will definitely stay again here when we come back! Tuyet and her husband/partner were very welcoming and accommodating, from the pre-arrival, during the stay and even upon check out. They rented us a motorbike for a very good deal, and it was ready upon our arrival. WIFI is fast, drinking water is available in the building and the laundry inside the room was very convenient + the really nice balcony! Bed was spacious, AC was working well, the room was really nice, big, quiet and clean. Big fridge, and they have a microwave and electronic stove. The place was also 5 mins away from the beach! And 2-3 mins (by motorbike) away from all the shops and restaurants. It was close to the night market and the dragon bridge! Very good location. Tuyet was very helpful in restaurant and tourist spot recommendations! The place and the hosts definitely made our stay more convenient and enjoyable! Will definitely come back again. And I definitely recommend this gem! Thanks again, Tuyet!
