Caio, always very attentive and helpful. It was perfect for us to rest and relax once more on Ilha Bela.

This is my second stay on site, that is, if I returned, it is because I had already been very satisfied since the first stay. Contact with the host is very easy and with quick replies. Very polite. As for the house, it does not require comment. Very cozy, comfortable, and with very good furniture and household utensils. The Cigarras beach and the São Sebastião region is very good. Anyway, I recommend it to all interested parties.

We loved the ambience , met our expectations. Excellent and quiet location, all as advertised.

Very quiet stay, the space was the same as described, we do not need to use the car for anything, close to the supermarket, the rests and the beach. Anderson and Igor were very helpful.

House exactly as in the pictures, very beautiful and well cared for, everything was clean. The pool area is the best part of the house. The house is well-lit with natural light, has many glass windows that allow natural light to enter, this makes the whole house well-lit and cozy.

Fábio's house meets the needs very well because it has a great location. It has a bakery and market nearby, Una beach is about 200m away. For those with a child, it is better to stay on the left side, as the waters are calmer. The house was very clean, with very nice smell in every room. The pool was in the very good temperature and was able to enjoy well. The blanket/ duvet in the house was very helpful, as it cooled a little at night. Fábio was very kind, being flexible at check in/ check out, this was a great differential in the choice of the house. Thank you very much Fábio!

Fabiana and her husband were very attentive, gave clear instructions from the house and responded with agility. The house is very spacious and served us super well, we had no problem. We find the location great, it has a supermarket near, it is not far from the beach and is right on the border between Bertioga and São Sebastião, so you can explore well and visit several beaches. We would definitely stay in the house again!

Our stay was amazing! The place is even better than in the pictures: clean, cozy and very well equipped. The location is excellent and the atmosphere is super quiet. The hostess was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to answer questions and make sure everything was perfect. I went with my husband and we love the house! In addition to being exactly the same as in the pictures, it was extremely clean and all organized. We made a food and had all the necessary utensils, had Netflix logged in, air conditioned working perfectly... And of course, we loved the swimming pool, it was very nice to spend the weekend there! We will return for sure, even more because there are so many more people in the house. A delight! <3

Great house to enjoy with family and friends. A safe environment with a wide choice of leisure in its surroundings. Very safe condominium with structure such as markets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars with concerts. The housekeeper is very attentive and gave a lot of support on our arrival at the house.
