The apartment is a charm, all brand new, very cozy. Hearing the sound of the sea at night and at dawn is priceless . Ana was very helpful, we'll be back soon.

I rented the apartment to spend the carnival with my friends, and it exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect; right in front of the beach, near market, ballads, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant… The apartment is very tasty and extremely well equipped. The condominium is also very safe. I recommend it to anyone who wants to rent; we had a great stay!

Everything was wonderful, clean apartment, great sea view, quiet beach, sea water was delicious, the children and adults enjoyed it a lot, Elaine was very polite, helpful building staff, everything 100%, we will definitely be back :) thank you for everything :)

We went as a family and we really felt at home, when we arrived in the neighborhood, for those who do not know the region scares… narrow and sandy streets, but the condominium and the house is literally a private paradise! The way from the condominium to the beach is beautiful and easy to access, but with wheelchairs or limitations I do not recommend! The extremely calm and warm sea, a safe place and very well frequented. Anyway the house and the beach are wonderful and complement each other, the very simple neighborhood… having to go to Maresias for tours and shopping! We love and make sense for us! We were 6 adults and 1 child.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos! Super close to the beach, airy and even with the low wall and movement on the street because it faces the beach, we felt safe. Everyone settled in well. And the beach chairs and umbrellas in the house help a lot. The backyard of the house is huge, from the photos I had no idea how big it is. The balcony upstairs is great to spend the late afternoon. The beach is safe and very beautiful. We'll be back for sure.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

I loved the days I spent there. The house is very cozy, clean, organized many utensils and the garden to the reinforcement of the house is very beautiful! I will be back for sure!

Very responsive host with remarkable respect and always ready to help, house was all that showed in the fotos and it was 14 of us so big enough with a nice outside space pool and barbecue, would recommend it for sure 👌🏽

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

Matheus' house was a grateful surprise in our trip, very cozy and more beautiful than in the announcement itself. Everything was clean, quality utensils and well-structured condominium. Matheus was a great host with clear instructions, responses, and support when needed. We hope to return again :)

The flat was the perfect choice for the weekend. Excellent location, items in the required kitchen, the leisure area of the condominium very good and the care of everyone working in the condominium was impeccable. I recommend the flat, it was perfect.

My stay at Daniel's apartment was great! Communication with him was quick and cordial. The apt is exactly the same as in the pictures, it was clean and in perfect condition. Condominium also very nice. It is close to the beach and it is possible to walk. Only one observation, it is on a highway, so there is noise of cars passing all the time, nothing exaggerated either.

We had amazing days in Maresias The condominium is super pleasant, the swimming pool always clean and staff super well educads, the beach is close and has a beach stand right in front of entrance 20. Then drinks and snacks are guaranteed. The bed is super comfortable, the pillows OK. The shower comes out a lot of water, and manages to control the TemperAtura super well. points for improvement are the kitchen utensils as a frying pan already needs to be changed as it is well used. Some Tupperware was missing to put snacks to take to the beach and store food in the fridge Another point where we noticed a closed house smell we arrived, but it was soon solved when we left the apt ventilating. So as a tip: think about something before guests arrive so as not to cause a bad feeling. Aline is a great host and supported us with an internet problem in the condominium and not in her apartment, so she has zero fault, but she had super proactivity in solving. One day without internet

This is the perfect place to stay on the beach. Just one block walking to beach. Tent and chairs included. The pool was very nice. Easy walk to some great restaurants. The apartment is arranged very nicely with one bedroom/bathroom on main floor and one bedroom/bathroom upstairs. They had a few coolers and a boogie board available to use at the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need including an air fryer. The area of beach is quieter than the main area by town. For us this was a plus. You can still walk to restaurants, but less crowds on this end of the beach. Very relaxing! I wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely look for this apartment again when we come back.

Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.
