Condo vacation rentals in Cypress Lake

It is a very comfortable condo in a quiet area of Vanderbilt Beach. The listing accurately describes the condo, which has all the amenities one could need for a stay away from home. The host, Kelly, is very responsive and helpful.

WHY? Oh, WHY..would you spend the same dollars for a hotel ROOM, miles from the beach when you can have a THREE bedroom, TWO bath, fully equipped kitchen, LARGE space.. biking distance [for a fit person!] from the beach in a quiet environment with a small and mostly private pool!!?? A super plus for some people who are light sensitive sleepers is the bonus of hurricane shutters that can be closed for complete darkness. Beats "black-out" light seeping drapes every time! When we stayed the primary bedroom mattress was not great for us but by the time you stay may be replaced...or..not a concern for YOU as those items tend to be personal preference. Quiet, small community in a great location for access to beach, restaurants, and shopping. A "no brainer".

Ours was a short stay, but lots of supplies for laundry, cleaning, towels and toys for the pool, etc., if they were needed. We did very little cooking but the kitchen had ample dishes and cookware for preparing meals. The bed in master bedroom was very comfortable and the closet was large with lots of hangers and space to get all our travel gear out-of-sight. Several dressers for clothes. All very clean. Living room furniture was comfortable for reading or watching TV. Overall it was much, much better than staying at the Marriott and not as expensive.

We stayed a week at the Condo it was perfectly located to the beach and some restaurants. The area has lots of shopping close by a few minutes to the Publix grocery and many other stores at that location. We found the Condo to be comfortable and had everything you would need - The kitchen is stocked well with spices etc. The lobby area of the condo is under contruction still and the pool is not open to use as of yet but we preferred the beach and golf waters. Construction was not loud or a problem. Highly recommend the stay at Maria's Condo. Thanks for sharing!

Fantastic location and very functional condo. Has everything you need including bikes, even kids/baby items. Perfect for a family to make memories ans enjoy the beach. The smart tv was nice to stay in and watch a movie at night. Great views! We even saw the pelicans swoop by condo every night headed over the mangroves towards the bay. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed riding the bikes on the side streets checking out the local homes nearby on the canals. Grill was perfect and easy to use for dinner. We loved the beach and the wildlife, bird area. It’s truly the best condo to stay at on FMB. We will definitely be back every year. Already looking to rebook this condo for our next vacation. It truly has everything you need to cook and make memories with your family. Wonderful stocked condo.

Alex is a wonderful host. I always was able to communicate with him about anything I needed. He made my long term stay so easy!

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

We loved our accommodations. It felt like home. The window views and balcony were our favorite.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Yenny's place. It was beautiful and very comfortable to live in. Great location - close to many restaurants, grocery shopping and the beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Yenny answered our questions promptly and was very helpful. We highly recommend staying at Yenny's place and we would definitely stay there again.

We love Sanibel. Nancy’s place met our needs very well. It is an easy walk to the beach and very comfortable. We were very happy to be able to have our two little dogs with us for a very reasonable fee.

I came here for my 30th birthday and I left engaged! I couldn't have wanted a better place to stay it was exactly like the photos there was plenty of room for me and my boyfriend and she had every possible tool you would need to make any kind of food! the neighbors were friendly and it was very peaceful and damn near directly in the middle of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. really the perfect location to be able to explore everything you want within an hour distance. she was very kind very helpful and always responded when I needed! I would definitely stay here again.

We can definitely see why people want to come back to Cynthia & Roger's place. The location was perfect for our needs. Their home was immediately comfortable and relaxing. The big windows, view and amenities were fantastic. We loved seeing interesting photos and the decorative touches. They put extra thought into routine necessities that people forget to bring, like bug spray placed by the back door, an umbrella by the front door, kleenex and hand sanitizers in a central location, etc., etc. So many "little" things that show thought and caring. What a wonderful, relaxing visit. Thank you!

Caihlin was an amazing host! Her place is beautiful and in a great location! She saved us at the last minute when our other condo turned out to be not what we expected. We lived our stay! She is extremely responsive and friendly. Well stocked kitchen, paddles, racquets, beach chairs. Everything needed for a relaxing fun vacation! I would highly recommend this location!

We had a really nice relaxing stay. We would definitely like to book again in the future. Great location and great beds. The beach was just steps away. We loved having a washer and dryer and the condo was clean. We borrowed an umbrella during the week and it was nice to have beach items to use if we needed them. The kitchen appliances were functional, clean. and up to date. We had a problem with the dryer; however, the problem was quickly resolved by maintenance. Great support staff. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

We were very happy with Amy's condo. It was absolutely spotless and supplied with everything anyone could need. We really enjoyed being out on the screened in porch, watching the boats come in and out of the marina. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The listing was accurate. The unit was close to a busy road but still quiet. Plenty of food options within close driving distance There was plenty of space to relax when we were back at the condo.

Kari was a wonderful host with a fabulous property! She began our experience right away when we booked her place, and was always extremely responsive and kind. Her property, where we stayed in Fort Myers Beach, is in the perfect location and is just as it is described and pictured. She had everything you could need and more, and the location was so perfect we could easily walk to the farmers market or nearby shops. We would definitely return to this property! The condo has been recently remodeled and is beautiful and very clean - one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many thoughtful touches, and we cooked several meals during our stay. King bed was comfortable (we did not use the other beds). Being so close to the beach was fantastic! This was our first time on Sanibel and we loved it, in spite of being there during unusually cold weather. Definitely hope to return and would love to stay in this condo again!

Simply perfect! Beautifully decorated, impeccable taste, clean, convenient, quiet, well-equipped, great location! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay anymore than we did. We will for sure be back.

We really loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It’s good sized and had everything we need for our stay, including a travel crib and feeding chair for our baby. Highly recommend staying here and it’s a really great choice if you are reveling with a baby.
