Monthly Rentals in Cumbuco Beach

Great host and great home! We spend there almost 3 weeks and it was wonderful. Owners are really helpful and nice. Really close to centre of Cumbuco, beautiful view from house. We will be back for sure :)

Wonderful place to stay... is very large, cozy, very close to everything. Lucas has always been very kind and easy to communicate.

I had an amazing experience at Paulo and Junia’s place. The apartment is beautifully decorated, well-located, and surrounded by a stunning garden with a swimming pool, just 100 meters from the beach. Cumbuco is a fantastic destination, offering the perfect balance between exciting kitesurfing, vibrant nightlife on weekends, and peaceful weekdays with all the conveniences nearby—supermarkets, gyms, beach clubs, and excellent restaurants. I’m making Cumbuco my second home, and I’m incredibly grateful to Paulo, Junia, and their wonderful staff, Wellington and Neuza, for their kindness and support. Best wishes, Cristina

My stay was amazing and exceeded all my expectations. Communication with Jussara was excellent from the beginning, with quick and extremely gentle responses. I recommend this place 100% and I will definitely return at the next opportunity!
