The Happy Yellow House was all I hoped for and more. Clean and well equipped, and very comfortable. The location couldn't be beat! Right down the street from a beautiful Nantucket sound beach and close to the amenities of Chatham. The house is in a quiet neighborhood of summer homes and was very peaceful. Caitlin is a superb host and responded promptly when there was a little snafu with a faulty smoke detector (at 10pm!), offering to have an electrician out on an emergency basis. (The electrician had just serviced the smoke detectors. As Host, Caitlin couldn't have been more pro-active or responsive) Luckily, I was able to solve the problem by simply removing and replacing the batteries. I would not hesitate to book this rental again.

My family and I have stayed at Valerie's place multiple times and simply love it. The location is peaceful, yet close to lots of great restaurants, beaches and other activities. The house has everything that we need and is always super clean. Valerie is a great host.

I absolutely *loved* my days staying at Phillipa's place, it's absolutely *gorgeous* and a perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. It's in a quiet area which was so peaceful, and as a solo traveller, I felt safe at all times, day and night. There's a micro, toaster, mini fridge in the unit and a big fridge/freezer and washer/dryer too. The bed was beyond comfortable- I had a fantastic night's sleep. The place is 100% clean and *beautifully* and stylishly decorated which makes it feel a home away from home. There are 2 TVs, each with Netflix guest account and also plenty of live channels and streaming options if you prefer logging into your own. I used the guest account and live/cable channels which was just fabulous. Phillipa was also beyond understanding when I grazed a bit of paint after opening a door the wrong way, I couldn't be more grateful at such a wonderful host, as Phillipa is. I loved my stay, and give 5/5 stars across the board. Thank you so much Phillipa.

Rooster Cottage is a real home from home. I stayed for five and a half weeks visiting my son and felt very comfortable and settled for the whole time. The kitchen is well-equipped for a long stay and I was able to enjoy effortless cooking. The cottage is located in a peaceful residential area but only ten minutes drive from Nickerson State Park and the bay-side beach at Crosby Landing. Dale and Dominic were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The ideal hosts! I would recommend Rooster Cottage very highly.
