as someone who used to own a house just across the road from this house, Regina's house felt like a slice of nostalgia. Cosy, comforting and not too far from anywhere, I feel it was the perfect stay

Fantastic family stay. House was immaculate - clean and tidy. Great space, even more spacious than the photos show. Has everything you would need for children and adults. Lovely enclosed garden. Class additional touches such as Firestick and Echo Dot available to use. Communication with hosts was extremely efficient. Walking distance from local hotel with bar, restaurant and live music. Nearby takeaways, shop and pubs, all within walking distance. Beach within walking distance on a nice day, plenty of parking otherwise. Could not recommend this home enough.

Amazing cosy clean place with a lovely host that even left us some gifts and was fast responsive and helpful! Great stay!

We had a really nice couple of days at Gracie’s, it was exactly what we wanted. The cottage was very cosy, peaceful and clean. We especially loved the living room with the fire! John was a great host to deal with, super responsive and helpful. We’re looking forward to staying again!
