Lizz was a great host and was especial at getting back to me with any query. This is a lovely well kept home. In a great position in Whitstable. The photos really do not do it justice. Honestly had the best time away. Thank you.

Tracy is a lovely host! This place is so cosy and warm. The fridge was stocked with some essentials and plenty of coffee and tea. South west- west facing with beautiful sunsets. Peaceful with just green fields surrounding you. The patio behind has a chimnea and hot tub. We spent a few hours in front of the fire watching the stars under a blanket. Thank you Tracy, we would absolutely visit again!

WOW! Do not hesitate to book! The house is just fantastic and just as the photos show - beautifully presented and a stunning place to stay. Allister was the most incredible host, he went above and beyond for us with assistance and extra requirements. Allister responded promptly and helpfully to all queries and questions. We could not have asked for a better house, location or host. Simply Fantastic. It was the perfect place and a short drive to Whitstable which was a great place to visit. We added on the hot tub to the booking and it was pristine and clearly cleaned. A wonderful find and could not recommend more highly. Huge thanks to Allister for everything.

Location is great and the house is perfect for a large group . Communication is spot on and ease of check in good as well . Well stocked kitchen and pool table great addition . Only little issues are . Car parking if as a large group 3cars there is very limited free car parking and nearest long stay is about 8 minute walk . Also felt the stripping beds and towels in bags was a little excessive as you do get charged quite a fee for cleaning . But overalll a great property with stunning views for a group to stay .

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. Amazing host, great communication considering it was so last minute and flexibility on check in timing which made such a difference after a nightmare experience with a previous accommodation. Thank you for the amazing stay. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area again.

The house was modern, clean and beautifully designed in a perfect location! It is literally steps from both the beach and the high street. We didn't use our car at all over our trip - walking around Whitstable and taking the bus to Canterbury. The house is very comfortable for sleeping - we had 6 people - 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 teenage boys, and the 2.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms were great. Guy was fantastic with communicating and recommendations and we really enjoyed the restaurants and ideas he shared. The only thing to note is that there is not much space for eating and hanging out in the house itself. This was perfect for us since we were just using it as a base and mostly eating out - but we did eat breakfast standing in the kitchen. There are no chairs or tables other than the sofas and coffee table in the lounge and the outside wooden table in the cute patio (with benches), which might be a problem for some. Overall perfect for our long weekend in Kent!

Lisa’s house was an excellent venue for our stay. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. I would recommend this venue to others wishing to stay in Eastbourne.

A great place for relaxing , visited in November , nice and quiet with still a few Bars, Pubs, restaurants and food shops within short drive. We also booked this place as easy driving to The Shuttle for very early departure , we will use again in the future
